Ground floor:Spacious and bright living-dining area with fully equipped open-plan kitchen, 1 guest toilet, 1 double bedroom with en-suite bathroom and access to a pleasant private garden terrace, perfect for enjoying the outdoors.
First floor:3 double bedrooms with large beds and 2 full bathrooms. Two of the bedrooms have their own private terrace, ideal for relaxing in peace.
Located in a very quiet community with landscaped gardens, swimming pool and tennis court.
Closed communal parking available.
