気になった点 : チェックイン、コミュニケーション、ロケーション、掲載情報の正確さ
Awful stay in a basic hut.
Very small. Basically equipped. No oven. Bathroom stank of sewage. Unusable.
Certainly too small to sleep up to 6 people. Ludicrous.
There was no instruction of how to get into the property which had a key pad, no lights on, place in complete darkness.
We rang the owner who didn't answer. Finally a man arrived who claimed not to know the owner.???? If that was true how did he know to come?
He didn't know how to get in.
After some arguments by phone a woman rang back then another man appeared, an hour later by this time, and had a combination for the key pad.
But he hadn't been told which hut, they weren't numbered.
Eventually he found the right one that the combination worked to release the key.
We had driven down from France and were cold and tired.
Otherwise we might have just found somewhere else.
My husband is writing to you about a full refund at least.
