Villa Olala is a wonderful three-bedroom house located in Premantura.

Beautifully designed staircase leads to a living room with sea view and lounge area, big kitchen with dining area and a big terrace with outdoor dining area and outstanding view. Guests can use BBQ facilities and dine enjoying the sea breeze.



Free private parking (for 2 cars) is provided on site.

The house is only 50 m away from center of Premantura, where you can find stands with domestically grown fruits and vegetables, bakeries, nice restaurants, agencies for bike, kayak and boat rental. It is possible to book organised trips and explore Cape Kamenjak with bikes or kayaks, or sail to nearby islands. Sport and adrenaline lovers can take diving, surfing or kite flying courses.

Munte Beach, Runke Beach and Camp Stupice are 500 m away.



Premantura is a smaller place which is especially vivid during the summer. Filled with nice restaurants and surrounded by untouched nature, Premantura is a perfect place for your vacation.

Over 500 plant species can be found on this area, and some orchid species are endemic or endangered. The peninsula is surrounded with crystal clean sea and it's known for its wonderful color.

Bike trail 318 (MEDULIN RIVIERA) stars at the entrance of Premantura.
