Lovely little gite

Excellent location with beautiful harbour and bars/restaurants within just metres. Honfleur is a perfect getaway destination. Lots of shops and groceries nearby.

At the heart of Honfleur

A historical building nicely renovated and ideal for 2-4 people. There is no balcony or outdoor area but apart from that ideal for a stay in Honfleur.

Great time

Fanny is an amazing host. She even apologized for the weather/heat (like it was something that was her fault 😂). She gave great recommendations and her house was neat and comfortable. The location couldn't have been better. Down a private street but very close to shopping and restaurants. Would stay here again for sure.

Excellently located little historic "chaumiere" house!

Excellent location. Heard from a guide that it is the last house where you can see the markings on the beams from centuries ago. House as described. Well stocked. Lovely reception and candid information from the host. Wish we could have stayed longer! At night, you can open a roof window and that lets the heat out.

Perfect Location in Honfleur

Honfleur is a delightful town, and the old Norman house was ideal for 3 of us, all adults. Walking distance to everything, with paid parking a 5 minute walk away, we loved the place. Upstairs was hot, so left windows ajar, some big flies got in, I think from the old outbuilding opposite, which wasn’t ideal. Better blackout upstairs for sleeping once the sun was up would be helpful. Would definitely return, as we really felt like we were living the old, medieval thing! Merci, Fanny!

Very nice location. Extraordinarily house.

It's an old building with charming details like wood beans and stain glass windows. The way its made into a holidayhome is nice. Self-made stairs and lots of (local) art. 3. floor two nice single beds. 2. Floor a double bed and shower+ 1 toilet. No doors except for toilet/shower. One room downstairs with kitchen, table and couch but no view or privat outside space. But than again, the old harber is only 2 seconds away. And in the morning a baker at 5 minutes walk.... you feel like one of the locals.

Great Stay

The apartment is on three levels in a historic part of Honfleur. It’s location is perfect and right in the middle of everything. There was a Christmas market going on when we were there. Despite being in the middle of town it is super quiet. The streets around the apartment are pedestrian. There is the minor inconvenience that parking is either paid at a lot about 2 min away or a 10 min walk away for free parking. Food can be purchased at a small local market but for larger stores it’s a drive away. There are lots of options to eat out from the touristy places on the harbour to places off the beaten track. The apartment was super clean. There is one bathroom on the upper level adjacent to the first floor bedroom and then another bedroom above that. Not recommended if you can’t climb stairs. The ground level has heated floors which was awesome and we were very comfortable. Check in and check out were easy. Well worth the price and we would stay again.

On a été particulièrement surpris de réaliser que l'appartement était situé dans le cœur même de la vieille ville de Honfleur. Plusieurs personnes circulaient avec un guide pour en apprendre sur la rue des petites boucheries et la rue de la prison, juste à côté.Toutefois, l'affluence ne dérangeait pas, car ça se faisait dans l'ordre et avec discrétion.On était à quelques pas de très bons restaurants et la lumière sur le port était vraiment belle.L'inconvénient reste le stationnement qui est relativement loin de l'appartement et les pavés de pierre qui peuvent être déstabilisants pour les personnes à mobilité réduite.

Wenn Honfleur, dann so!

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Das kleine, 400 Jahre alte Häuschen ist liebevoll restauriert und mit allem ausgestattet, was man so braucht. Zur Info: Die gut ausgestattete Küche, das Bad und die beiden Schlafzimmer sind übereinander angeordnet, so dass Treppensteigen unumgänglich ist. Wer mit dem Auto anreist, kann wenige Fußminuten entfernt für 6 Euro/Tag parken. Die Lage in der kleinen Gasse versetzt einen sofort in das 17. Jahrhundert, alles ist nur wenige Schritte entfernt.

Voyage entre copines

Super weekend, l'appartement est idéalement placé : tout près du grand du vieux port. Honfleur c'est aussi de superbe jardin, une balade très agréable sur la jetée, sans oublier bien sûr la gastronomie !
