トゥールーズ北部の住宅街に位置する、広さ200㎡の快適なコテージです。歴史的中心部やMatabiau駅から10分です。 この宿泊施設には、最大8人まで収容可能な4つのベッドルームがあります。

1階には、広々としたエントランス、暖炉とピアノのあるリビングルーム、ベランダを見渡せる広いキッチンがあり、その中にビリヤード台があります。 ベランダは南側と西側の庭園と庭園の家具とバーベキューのある木製テラスに面しています。 DRCにもトイレ付きの水の部屋。
1階3ベッドルーム、ダブルベッド140、バスタブとシャワー付きの広いバスルーム、独立したトイレ。
2階にダブルベッド160とトイレ付きのバスルーム付きの屋根裏部屋。

Excellent property

The property was amazing and very well equipped. Anne (the host) was very friendly and made us feel very welcome. The information was very thorough and the location was on a main bus route, which made travelling into town and further afield very easy and represented great value for money. I would thoroughly recommend it for a family stay and look forward to going back.

Lovely,spacious house and garden

We had a wonderful time in Toulouse staying at this lovely house. The kitchen is very well-equipped and there are three showers and a bath - easily enough for our group of five. Toulouse centre is only ten minutes by bus ( No . 38 ) The Boulangerie just around the corner sells fabulous bread and pastries and after visiting there each morning we enjoyed our breakfast back at the house in the sunny garden. As well as visiting the marvellous basilica of Saint Sernin in Toulouse, the Cathedral and the Salle des Illustres in the Capitole we also caught a train to Albi one day to see the amazing Basilica of Saint Cecilia covered in frescoes and visited the Toulouse - Lautrec museum. Another day we caught a train to Carcassonne. The house is only ten minutes by bus from the station so we did not need a car.Toulouse centre has plenty of restaurants where we ate and drank each evening.The owners of the house, Anne and Pierre were very welcoming and gave us lots of information. We look forward to returning !

Belle et grande maison. On s'y est senti comme à la maison. On a adoré la belle et lumineuse véranda pour jouer au billard et la grande table dans la salle à manger ou l'on se réunissait tous les soirs. Le jardin est aussi très agréable. On y a passé de super vacances. Merci pour tout et à bientôt

Excelente. Muy recomendable!

La casa muy bien equipada, habitaciones y lavabos amplios, muy cerca del transporte público al centro (20 mins en bus), y Anne ha sido muy buena anfitriona. Éramos 2 familias (8 personas en total) y hemos estado muy cómodos.

Très agréable et accueillante

Nous sommes venus à Toulouse en famille pour des raisons sportives et avions envie de nous reposer également. Nous avons trouvé le confort et le repos dans cette demeure familiale, très bien entretenue et très agréable. Les propriétaires tiennent beaucoup à cette maison familiale et cela se voit tant dans l'entretien que l'accueil. Quartier très calme. Nous la recommandons aux personnes aimant le calme et les belles pièces à vivre.

House in northern suburbs of Toulouse

Spacious, cool, clean tastefully decorated house with comfortable bedrooms. Kitchen equipped with good range of large dishes and pans. Lovely shaded deck. 15min cycle ride from centre of Toulouse and walking distance from local shops. Toulouse is very bike friendly with lots of well marked cycle lanes.

Très belle expérience pour une première visite de Toulouse

Nous avons passé une semaine à Toulouse avec des amis pour découvrir la ville. La maison est très bien aménagée et bien équipée pour survivre à la chaleur de l’été et pouvoir se reposer entre deux visites ! Le livret d’accueil fourni est très complet et donne pleins d’indications pour nous aiguiller ! La propriétaire, Anne, nous a très bien accueilli et conseillé dans nos déplacements et visites. Ce fut une très belle expérience et je vous recommande cette location si vous visitez Toulouse et ses environs !

Maison de famille spacieuse et chaleureuse

La prestation est conforme à l annonce. Maison de famille très agréable, décorée avec goût, très bien équipée et fonctionnelle agrémentée d un petit jardin fleuri. Nous avons passé entre amis un très bon séjour. Localisation parfaite pour découvrir les environs de Toulouse puis la ville rose. La propriétaire nous a réservé un accueil très sympathique. Tout était parfait.

Belle maison en plein Toulouse

Maison ancienne rénovée et meublée avec goût. Très lumineuse et agréable à vivre. Grande cuisine et suffisamment d'espace pour ne pas se marcher dessus (nous sommes partis à 6). Petit jardin sympathique avec arbres fruitiers. Le billard apporte beaucoup de convivialité à l'ensemble. Propriétaire très sympathique et disponible. Adresse à recommander pour tous ceux qui veulent visiter Toulouse et ses environs !

Superbes prestations

Nous avons passé une excellente semaine de vacances en famille dans cette très belle maison spacieuse, idéalement équipée et décorée avec beaucoup de goût. Le jardin est tout aussi agréable et très calme. Nous avons apprécié l’accès direct en bus au centre ville pour les balades et visites (bus toutes les 10 min même au mois d’août). Et merci aux propriétaires pour l’accueil charmant.

Im sonnigen Herbst im Toulouse gelegen am Canal Midi

Mit zwei Familien (7 Personen) haben wir abwechslungsreiche Tage im Oktober in ihrem tollen Haus verbracht. Obwohl wir erst gegen Mitternacht ankamen, wurden wir warmherzig von den Vermietern empfangen. Das Haus ist ruhig in einer Einfamilienhaus Gegend gelegen, der Garten mit großen Tisch lädt auch zum draussen Essen ein, das Haus und die Bäder sind geschmackvoll renoviert und eingerichtet. Das Esszimmer mit großen Tisch und gut ausgestatteter Küche gingen ineinander über und so machte gemeinsames Kochen Spaß. Abendliches Highlight war der Billardtisch. Wir empfehlen das Haus gerne weiter. Statt Mietauto haben wir Fahrräder gemietet und konnten uns flexibel in Toulouse und Umgebung bewegen. Besonders schön war die Fahrradtour entlang des Canal Midi in der Herbstsonne. Danke für diesen Tipp.

Wonderful stay in this beautiful family house at just 10 min. from the centre of Toulouse

Our family (5 adults and 2 children) had a wonderful stay in this beautifully decorated, well equipped, spacious and sunny family house. The house is situated in a nice neighbourhood, just a 10 min. bus ride away from the lovely city centre of Toulouse (with the bus stop just around the corner we didn't use our car for a week!). For families with children like ourselves, or for those who like peace and quiet, while still being very close to the city, this house truly offers the best of both worlds: very spacious and calm - with a lovely and well maintained garden - and still close to shops, restaurants, etc. We are especially grateful to Mrs. Rives and her colleague Patricia for the warm welcome (thank you for the flowers!) and their precious assistance before our arrival. Thanks to their thoughtfulness and friendliness, this stay really felt like being home abroad! We highly recommend this accommodation and will definitely stay here again when back in Toulouse!

Alles wunderbar!!!

Dieses Haus ist wärmstens zu empfehlen! Die Kommunikation mit Mme. Rives im Vorfeld war immer zügig und der Empfang durch Patricia herzlich. Beides ließ nichts an Information zu wünschen übrig. Das saubere, gepflegte Haus selbst entspricht in allen Einzelheiten den Bildern. Die Küchen-, Medien- und Badausstattung ging sogar noch darüber hinaus. Die Lage ist ruhig in einem Villenviertel, mit einer guten Innenstadtanbindung durch den ÖPNV, inkl. Nachtbus. Alles für den täglichen Bedarf ist innerhalb von 10 min. zu Fuß zu erreichen. Unsere Familie (8 Erwachsene, 1 kl. Kind) hat eine wunderbare, erholsame Woche dort verbracht. Dass das Haus etwas hellhörig ist, störte in diesem Zusammenhang also nicht. Und als es zur Geburtstagsfeier laute Musik gab, klopfte auch kein Nachbar. Besser hätten wir es nicht wünschen können.

Il fait bon vivre dans cette maison avec jardin spacieuse et tout confort parfaitement conforme à l'annonce! L'accueil y est très chaleureux On gare son véhicule dans la cour fermée On peut même y venir en transports en commun: la gare est desservie par le bus et l'aéroport par le tram Proximité des bus y compris de nuit Madame Rives propose là un hâvre de paix Je recommande vivement cette location Annie

MAGICAL and comfortable house 100% recommend

What a magical and wonderful house this is. I stayed with my business partners for 5 days while watching the Euros 2016 football tournament that were in town. From the start the owner was VERY friendly and accommodating. She broke the language barriers with translation and great communication. The booking process was simple and very straight forward. Great communication throughout the whole time. The house it self is very comfortable and functional and we did not want for anything. It was spotlessly clean extremely well presented great decor and truly a home from home experience. There is ample space and plenty of bathrooms and shower rooms to suit the largest of groups. The Garden was well maintained and a great sun trap to catch the early morning rays when eating your breakfast on the patio / decking area. The bonus of the pool table gave us hours of fun when we returned each evening after a day of fun in Toulouse city centre. Location is perfect you are meters from the main road where the buses number 37 & 38 take you straight into town for 1.6 euro’s and it takes around 10 mins. Buses are very regular and we did not have to wait more than 15 mins. Taxi was 15 euro’s after midnight so very local and central. There is an array of shops and supermarkets all within 10 mins walking distance. I have to mention the local bakery called ‘Artisan Boulanover Pastissier Chocolatier’ it’s a must to try, every morning we bought pastries and fresh bread and my word was it good. So good there is a small queue of locals all waiting to buy their offerings. Everything we tasted was sublime. The house has secure parking for security, it’s in a great area where the locals are so friendly and very very helpful, we always got a good morning good afternoon or good evening no matter whom we bumped into. I am looking to return to this wonderful house with my family it was that good. I really can’t praise this property enough from the owner Anne and Yolanda the house manager down to the cleanliness of the place and the well presented fresh clean towels upon arrival it truly was a splendid stay in Toulouse and a great property to rent. 11 Bourdon rue is PERFECT in every aspect and comes highly recommended. Nous sommes restés à regarder le football Euro . A quelques arrêts de bus du centre . Quartier calme . chambres modernes et fonctionnelles . Cuisine et salle de séjour très agréable et un jardin qui nous a donné le temps de profiter .
