Majestic 145 appt is a fantastic apartment in Chamonix in a very central location. Located in an architecturally listed building, this corner positioned Chamonix apartment can sleep 6 people comfortably in 3 bedrooms and is only 350m from the Brevent ski area. Apartment Majestic 145 benefits from stunning elevated views over Chamonix town and up the valley towards le Tour.

The spacious living area is perfect for relaxing after a long day on the mountain and comes with TV & DVD player. The dining table allows six people to comfortably enjoy eating at whether its breakfast or gourmet cuisine cooked up in the well equipped kitchen. The kitchen has a fridge freezer, full-sized oven, dishwasher and Nespresso coffee machine. Le Majestic 145 appt has a master double bedroom with ensuite, a second double bedroom and a bunk room perfect for 2 children. This Chamonix apartment comes complete with washing machine, wifi, ski locker and access to the private car park for the residence.

“Le Majestic” is the former Grand Hotel built in the early 1900s and in its day was frequented by the most renowned political, literary and artistic personalities of that era. The heritage-listed building still to this day retains its majestic beauty with stunning architecture, high ceilings, wide corridors and beautiful gardens and is a stunning location for an apartment in Chamonix.

An appartment with a view.

Very nice renovated appartment with much space and a good equiped kitchen. The location is excellent at the outskirts of the city center, with a nice view to Le Brevent

Great stay in a perfect location

Arrived to a very clean and fresh apartment and the Chamonix All Year team were great and very helpful. We loved this apartment, its a short walk uphill to the Brevent ski area which is really handy and the bus stop to ski everywhere else was only 2 mins walk away which is great when you have kids in tow. The view from the apartment is just breathtaking. Overall we loved this apartment and will definitely be back!

Super cool apartment. Perfect in every way. Location, space, decor, parking, beautiful historic building. Loved it. I will mention for anyone that may have mobility or visibility issues, the dark hallways take some getting used to. A little creepy at night in particular. And there is no elevator to the floor so to get from floor six to floor seven, stairs only. NBD for us, but something to know in the event stairs aren't your thing.

We're so pleased you enjoyed the apartment and its excellent location, outside of the hustle and bustle of central Chamonix but just a short walk from the shops and the Brévent lift to access the ski slopes and hiking trails in summer. Hopefully we will see you again in Chamonix in the future!

Very pleasant and comfortable flat.

Cet appartement est très agréable, confortable, propre, bien équipé et joliment décoré. Parfaitement conforme à la description publiée sur le site web CAY. Par contre, je voudrais signaler un problème qui n’est pas lié à l’appartement lui-même mais à l’immeuble. Il manque un barreau vertical à la rampe de l’escalier de service entre le 6 ème et le 7 ème étage. Cela a pour effet de créer un espace suffisamment large dans lequel un enfant pourrait tomber. C’est une situation TRÈS DANGEREUSE à laquelle il convient de remédier sans délai. Merci de transmettre ce message au gestionnaire de l’immeuble.

C'est un plaisir d'entendre que l'appartement correspond parfaitement à la description et que tout était bien dans la propriété. En ce qui concerne le barreau; si vous nous aviez prévenu à ce moment-là nous aurions été heureux de le réparer immédiatement. Très bon séjour à Chamonix au Majestic

Appartement très agréable et bien équipé dans la résidence le Majestic au centre de Chamonix. Belle vue sur les toits de Chamonix, le fond de la vallée et les Drus. Séjour d'une semaine avec 4 adultes et 2 enfants. Nous recommandons cet appartement vaste, moderne et bien situé.
