4 Bed 4 Bath Villa with Private Pool & Hot Tub

A beautiful modern, fully air conditioned, 4 bedroom, 4 bathroom, villa with private salt water pool and hot tub spa. We have recently added a poolside bar/kitchen area with drinks fridge. Guests also have access to large communal pool in a safe private gated domaine 200m walk from the villa. The villa has all modern amenities and perfectly situated 10 minutes walk from beautiful beaches and Les Issammbres marina, shops and restaurants. During summer there is a regular boat taxi service to St Tropez from the port of Les Issambres via Bateaux Verts, timetable can be found below. LES ISSAMBRES is a 10 minute drive from Sainte Maxime and array of restaurants and bars.

The beautiful town of Sainte Maxime is a 10 minute drive away with an abundance of great restaurants, bars and a fantastic marina. There are also several large supermarkets.

For those special days there are several fabulous beach clubs along the coast, a short drive from the villa. see links to a section of some of them below.

In the opposite direction the beatiful beaches of Sainte Aygulf and Sainte Raphael are a short drive away.

Change over day is normally Saturday but can sometimes be flexible.
Cleaning fee €200 is payable to our agents on arrival
Towels and bedding are available and charged at €30 per person which is paid locally to our agents on arrival

Great house and amenities

Overall we had a lovely stay in Les Issambres! Good outdoor spaces with lots of different seating arrangements, well equipped kitchen and good sized bedrooms and bathrooms. Would recommend

Fantastic holiday house

The house is nicely located just 15 min walk from the seaside. The property is fresh, and everything is of good standard. The pool area has sunbeds, and there is also the opportunity to stay out of the sun in the shade from the trees. The house is well equipped, with everything you need to pass a good time in the south of France. The house has 4 bedrooms of good size. Aircondition in all bedrooms, and living area.

Vacation for a family of 4

We had a great stay at Dave & Tracey's place! The house is spacious, well-maintained and in a very good and quiet location. The local village and the local supermarket are just a 3 minutes drive. The place is very close to Ste Maxime and Roquebrune. You can also quickly take boats to St Tropez. Super convenient!The property has good amenities and a wonderful pool to unwind and relax. HVAC is a nice plus! Dave and Tracey are fantastic hosts and the communication is super easy. There is also the property manager next door so easy to get in touch with.My only "negative" points: cleanliness was not what we expected and cutlery was scarce. Also, beds were not great (but maybe it is only me getting old...). Finally, parking is available (1 parking spot is reserved) but not necessarily the easiest to park in if you are driving a large car.But overall, this is a great place and we had a wonderful time! Maybe a bit too pricy though (although this is the only place we stayed at in the area, so difficult to compare

Great place for a family vacation

On arrival we were pleasantly surprised by the state of the house, garden and swimming pool. Everything is well maintained and clean. The villa is located within a compound that is accessible through a gate with an access code. On arrival we were welcomed by the concierge who is always available for any problems. Furthermore, the villa has air conditioning in all rooms. The somewhat dated kitchen, bedroom and bathroom on the ground floor will be replaced next winter, so that the villa is completely up to date again. In short: very nice villa to spend the holidays with friends or family !!

We had a lovely holiday at this Villa. It was a lovely location, really close to the beach. It would take around 10-15 minutes to walk to the beach, if you struggle with hills or walking for longer distances, it is better to take the car. The area itself is gated so we felt extremely safe. The people living in the surrounding houses are friendly, which was an added bonus. The bedrooms were lovely, and the air conditioning worked brilliantly. 1 day we struggled to get the air con working in one of the bedrooms but Dave quickly talked me through what to do and it was quickly resolved.The house itself is really well equipped. It had everything you needed. The outdoor area was beautiful and spacious, you could be in the sun or shade due to the canopies, so that really helped when you wanted to be out of the sun but still outside. The TV had Netflix, Amazon prime etc, so that was great. I genuinely loved this villa and would stay here again.Only a couple of things I would say to make it slightly better. There are no shower mats in the bathrooms. It was ok for my Husband and I but my Father in Law does have Parkinson’s and he felt a little unsteady in the shower at times. We paid for the towels and linen. However a towel for the downstairs toilet could be provided and it would be nice if the beds were made for us upon arrival as I had to make those. I think that could be done when paying extra for linen. Apart from those minor things, it was a genuinely lovely villa.

A holiday home that could not be better!

My wife and myself booked this wonderful holiday home for us and three of our kids + spouse and we all agreed that with respect to the house it could not have been better. 4 spacious bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms + large combined kitchen, dining and living room. Very clean and well maintained and all bedrooms with air-conditioning for the tropical nights in July and August. However the gem of the property is the outside area with room for dining, a barbecue and of course the wonderfull pool and jacuzzi. We especially appreciated that the pool is large and deep so you could really swim, relax and cool down. Also on the outside everything was very well maintained and clean. The house is located in a small community with a fence and a secured gate, so basically only your neighbours are around, it is quiet and peaceful all day. So to summarize the house there is really nothing we can think of to improve. With respect to our whole holiday in this region the only drawback is that the region is quite crowded in summer and you really need a car. Ok, we knew that before and basically the wonderful house is spacious enough and with the pool and jacuzzi it offers enough to just spend the days in the house if you want to avoid the traffic. We will definitely consider coming back!

Sehr großes geräumiges Haus, gute Zimmeraufteilung, toller Pool, super Whirlpool, schnelles Internet (zumindest unten), gute Küchenausstattung, gute Lage - Viertelstunde zu Fuß zum Strand und zur nächsten Einkaufsmöglichkeit. Haben uns sehr wohl gefühlte. Für Urlaub mit zwei Familien perfekt geeignet.

Großzügig und komfortabel

Wir waren leider nur 1 Woche in dieser tollen Villa, sehr nett eingerichtet, für 8 Personen mehr als genügend Platz. Wir haben Dank der ruhigen Lage sehr gut geschlafen, alles klimatisiert. Die tolle Küche mit dem super Grill lässt keine Wünsche offen. Schönes Außengelände um das Haus mit mehreren Sitzgelegenheiten bietet abends am Pool eine schöne Stimmung und lädt zum verweilen ein. Im größeren Gemeinschaftspool waren wir gar nicht, da der Pool am Haus zum Abkühlen vollkommen ausreicht. Die Lage mit dem kleinen Fußmarsch zum Strand war auch sehr gut mit meinen >70 Jährigen Eltern zu bewältigen. Alles in allem hat es uns sehr gefallen, wir wären gerne länger geblieben und können es uns sehr gut vorstellen wieder zu kommen. Abschließend zu erwähnen wäre die tolle und sehr schnelle Kommunikation des Gastgebers, der eine sehr nette und zuvorkommende Verwalterin direkt vor Ort hat. Vielen Dank!

Tolle Lage

Dave und Tracey waren tolle Vermieter, die sich bei Fragen sofort gekümmert haben. Lage und Platz des Ferienhauses waren prima. Der Pool war für die Kinder jeden Tag Spielort. Man kann in der Anlage gut parken. Das Haus bietet tolle Sitzgelegenheiten im Schatten zur Entspannung.

Ideaal voor een rustige vakantie

Goed gelegen villa met alles er op en er aan voor een fijne vakantie-ervaring. Zwembad en jacuzzi zijn goed onderhouden. Binnenhuis is alle nodige accomodatie aanwezig en is elk kamertje voorzien van airco.

Fast alles was gut.

Das Ferienhaus liegt sehr ruhig, ca. 10 min von Strand entfernt. Haus ist gut ausgestattet, aber mit kleinen Merkmalen (Kühlschranktür war kaput und Dusche (alle 3) Renovierungsbedürftig) . Pool und Whirpool waren im Betrieb und sehr sauber, nur außen Dusche hat uns gefehlt. Sehr entspannter Urlaub.

Magnifique maison

Magnifique sejour dans cette splendide maison toute climatisee. Piscine extra, Jacuzzi top, 4 chambres et 3 salles de bains vraiment parfait. Petit point d amelioration, plus de couverts de cuisines et de bols ;-) sinon vraiment parfait! Communication avec les proprietaires faciles et rapides.
