Located in the characteristic seaside village of Marina di Cassano, the Sottovoce apartment stands in an enviable position just a few steps from the sea and beaches.

The property is situated on the second floor of a charming building and offers a pleasant view of the surrounding maritime landscape.



The interiors are extraordinarily spacious, airy and full of natural light, characterised by simple, fresh and functional furnishings, designed to offer maximum comfort during your stay.



The accommodation opens onto a welcoming entrance that leads towards the sleeping area, ideal for hosting families or groups of friends.



The first bedroom is a comfortable room complete with a double bed, bedside tables and wardrobe; the second bedroom, also with a double bed, boasts the privilege of a finely finished private en-suite bathroom.



The beating heart of the home is represented by the large living room with open-plan kitchen, a perfect space for conviviality entirely equipped with a gas hob and all the necessary utensils to prepare meals in complete autonomy.



The lounge naturally extends outwards thanks to a spacious private balcony, magnificently furnished with table and chairs.

Overlooking the tranquillity of the surrounding garden and with the scent of the sea as a backdrop, this outdoor space becomes the ideal place to start the day with a relaxing breakfast or to enjoy the sweet evenings of the coastline.



Thanks to the perfect combination of the generosity of its internal spaces and the immediate proximity to the beaches, the Sottovoce apartment is configured as an authentic marine refuge, the ideal choice for those who desire a regenerating holiday marked by the sound of the waves and the authentic rhythms of the fishing village.

• Check-in: from 2:00 PM to 8:00 PM.



•Late Check-in: for arrivals from 20:00 onwards, a supplement of €30 is charged. From 23:00 onwards, the supplement will be €50.



•Check-out: by 10:00 AM.



• Accommodation tax: to be paid on arrival, €4 per person per night.

wonderful property in great location

Great location a short walk from the train, grocery store(s), marina, and steps from beautiful sunset views - we thoroughly enjoyed our stay! Communication was excellent, the property is clean and spacious and the washing machine much appreciated. You may have to provide some of your own basic supplies but it's well worth it to be able to cook meals. We would happily stay here again and won't hesitate to recommend the property to any friends or family travelling to the area.

L'appartamento è in una posizione eccezionale sia per la spiaggia che per il belvedere, a pochi passi c'è il parcheggio "Ninnella" custodito e a pagamento molto comodo. Ci sono tanti locali e si arriva in centro a piedi in poco tempo. La proprietaria è una persona disponibile, simpatica e molto accogliente. Presente per ogni necessità. Premesso che va benissimo anche così ma sarebbe utile secondo me cambiare i soffioni delle docce da fissi a mobili, dotare il bagno di un porta spazzolini e qualche appendino. Infine qualche accessorio in cucina tipo presine e scodelle per la colazione. Per il resto è tutto perfetto.

Recently updated apartment

The apartment was larger than expected and had new appliances throughout. No view from the balconies but beautiful from the sidewalk across the street. Coffee/pastry shop on ground floor was convenient. Directions to the property should mention it is in the same building as Hotel Klein Wein, that would make it easier to initially locate. 15 minute walk to train station or city center but only a few minutes to the elevator down to the beach/marina.
