A warm welcome awaits you at this quaint, newly renovated pet-friendly cottage, situated in a peaceful village just off the A470 between Dolgellau and Machynlleth with green hills and forests all around. Modern but with plenty of its gorgeous original features, with a cozy and relaxing feel, it's ideal for a couple, small family or good friends. There's a beautifully decorated bedroom on the first floor, as well as a quirky dressing room with stairs that leads to a very cozy attic/loft bedroom that can also act as a chill-out space with a book or the TV. Outside, the courtyard and garden is a wonderful place to relax after a day exploring Snowdonia, where you can enjoy the tranquility of Dinas Mawddwy. Meirion Mill with its dog-friendly shop and café is just down the road, and there are plenty of mountains to climb nearby such as Cader Idris, cycle or walk The Mawddach Trail or take a drive to the coast and visit Fairbourne Beach.

Beds : 1 double bed and 1 low platform super king zip and link bed set up as two single beds
Rooms : Ground Floor; open plan kitchen/dining/living area, porch; First Floor; upstairs landing, bedroom 1, bathroom, dressing room with slightly steep staircase leading up to an attic/loft bedroom; Second Floor; bedroom 2 (attic/loft bedroom - access from the dressing room on the first floor. Please note that the ceiling is very low and it might be very tight for 2 guests as it's a small bedroom. It might be better suited for children, however, the beds are full size, therefore able to accommodate adults too).
Kitchen & utilities : Oven, hob, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, microwave, washing machine, tumble dryer.
Entertainment : Smart TV and WiFi
For families : Travel cot and highchair
Outside : Private courtyard with a secure shed with a washing machine and tumble dryer and room for 2 bikes. Small water feature. Lawned area (there are steps leading up to it from the courtyard) with a modern seating area at the end with garden furniture and twinkly fairy lights for the evenings. Charcoal BBQ in a storage box in the garden. 
Parking : 1 car parking space on private driveway
General : Bed linen and towels included, heating and electricity included
Pets : 1 pet allowed (downstairs only, additional cost per pet, prior arrangement only)
Accidental Damage Deposit:  You may need to pay an Accidental Damage Deposit or Accidental Damage Deposit Waiver for this property. Where applicable we will contact you in good time before your holiday with further details and to take payment.
