-Check-in its done at our office located at Avenida Rey Jaime I 20, local 2, trade name BenidormBooking, in front of Burguer King.

-Credit/debit card details, will be required as damage deposit, or 200€ instead.

-Check-in from 16:30h (High season from 18:00h)

-Check-out before 11:00h

Very clean, very close to all fun, we are planning to return to same apartment next year, only issue if you arrive out of hours, the key is on a box 20 mins walk the other side of town, no cars allowed in many streets around it

Clean nice block but very basic oh and no corkscrew

clean good location but unfortunately they regretted to inform us of building site opposite having already cancelled another for this reason, we came for a break and we’re woken up every day except Sunday with dust & noise also took £200 deposit in office which was never discussed in emailotherwise -

Abit of nightmare getting. From new part the old part of Benidorm. Had a o get taxi €12. Put kettle on and it fused all my he electric. No directing on how to use cooker. Didn’t know where to put the rubbish at end of stay. It didn’t say a school was 20 yards away. Noise all day, also shutters got stuck halve way

Excellent location for a stay in Benidorm

Spaciousness and basically comfortable beds - one was creaky - it seems to have a slat damaged . Very well located close to the old town and restaurant / bars. Advertised with WIFI but this did not work - contact was made and chased up but was not resolved.

La ubicación, justo en frente de la playa, sin escuchar el ruido de la calle principal. Estaba limpio y cuidado. Nos sorprendió a todas para bien, ya que al entrar en el edificio parece que te vas a encontrar con el típico apartamento de playa viejo, pero está reformado y es muy agradable. Nada, lo único que a la ducha le costaba mucho tragar el agua.

Buena ubicación y buena relación calidad-precio.

Ubicado a pocos metros de la playa y además con todo tipo de tiendas a pocos pasos. Están haciendo obra en frente. Así que desde las 8 hasta las 18h hay bastante ruido. Pero si tu plan es pasar más tiempo en la playa y de terrazas estaría bien. Durante la noche desde el piso se escucha poco ruidos, así que no te compromete el descanso nocturno. La entrada al piso es muy tarde entre 16 y 16:30h.estaria bien que se pudiera hacer un poco antes, ya que debes entregar el piso a las 11 de la mañana...
