Ground floor suites - Homestead Hillsborough Guest Rooms

Six luxurious ground floor suites available with ensuite and level access, each suite has a superking size bed which can be configured into two single beds if required & a kitchenette with sink unit, fridge, kettle toaster and microwave for those that want to stay on a self catering basis. Sofa beds can be requested if there are more than two guests otherwise the suites comprise a sofa and table/chairs dining area. There are 40" flat screen TVs, wifi internet and these rooms are fitted out with an iron, ironing board & hairdryer provided. Each ground floor suite benefits from it's own private entrance door. There is also a fully equipped kitchen and lounge on the first floor for guests to use and a laundry on the ground floor.
Newly constructed, Homestead Hillsborough has been sympathetically designed in keeping with the local rural area.

It was thoughtfully designed by award winning architect Johann Muldoon MBE and provides various accommodation options on the purpose built site. There is a 3 bedroom self catering apartment, two - one bedroom self catering apartments, six individual suites which provide spacious guest accommodation with ensuite bathroom & a kitchenette for guest convenience as well as seven ensuite bedrooms which can sleep 3/4.

For those that don't have access to kitchen facilities in their rooms, there is a large fully equipped kitchen and a comfortable lounge for guests to be able to get together and socialise. The facility has a separate laundry with a washing machine and tumble drier for use by residents.
