You will find a 4-room villa spanning 250 square meters across two levels, offering a spacious and bright interior with tasteful furnishings. The ground floor features a living/dining room equipped with satellite TV and an open kitchen outfitted with an oven, dishwasher, six induction hot plates, toaster, kettle, freezer, and electric coffee machine. Both the living/dining room and kitchen provide access to the terrace and swimming pool. There is also a separate guest bathroom on this level. Upstairs, you will discover three bedrooms, each with its own bathroom. The first bedroom has a French bed measuring 180cm x 200cm, a bathtub, shower, bidet, and toilet, with access to the terrace. The second bedroom offers a French bed measuring 160cm x 200cm, a shower, and a toilet, also with terrace access. The third bedroom is equipped with a French bed of the same size, a shower, toilet, and satellite TV, and it too leads out to the terrace.
