The property consists of 3 apartments.

The farmhouse is completely surrounded by nature. It’s very peaceful here, which is why it’s easy to spot animals like roe deer and little squirrels running through the trees.
To reach the property, you’ll need to travel a short stretch of dirt road, which is easily accessible by any vehicle.

The apartment is on the first floor, and to reach the entrance, you’ll need to climb a short flight of stairs. The apartment consists of a spacious bathroom, a double bedroom, a single bedroom, and a kitchen/living room. Its rustic style, featuring an old fireplace dating back to when the building was constructed, evokes the traditional Tuscan farmhouse style. There are no sofas in this apartment.
Seasonings (oil, salt, spices, etc.) are not provided for health and hygiene reasons.

Outside, there is a charcoal grill (available for guests’ use) and a fire pit. The outdoor tables allow you to enjoy meals or snacks al fresco. You can also dine outdoors in the evening, as the property is equipped with outdoor lighting. The lounge chairs in the garden are available for guests’ use.

From the agriturismo, you can set out on foot for beautiful walks toward Ermicciolo del Vivo—just a stone’s throw from the property—through the numerous surrounding woods, or to the Eremo del Vivo, a medieval village well worth visiting. Excellent for cycling excursions. From here, you can easily reach all the major points of interest in the surrounding area: Bagno San Filippo, Bagno Vignoni, Pienza, Montalcino, Montepulciano, Saturnia......

A tourist tax of 1 euro per person per day is payable on site.
