Villa Gamoni - spacious holiday home with garden

Summary:
Villa Gamoni is ideally located; in a quiet street and yet within walking distance of the beach of Westende! It is a bright and very spacious house with a large garden, perfectly suited for a tasty lunch in the sun or for the kids to play in. Villa Gamoni can accommodate up to 8 guests across 3 bedrooms. The house features a large open kitchen and dining room with direct access to the terrace. After a day of fun at the beach, you and your friends or family will meet in the artful living room.

The Space:
Villa Gamoni has a spacious and atmospheric living room with an ultra nice cozy sofa where you can sit all together. The many and large windows in the living provide lots of light. To make the evening completely cozy you can enjoy the use of the gas fireplace! From the moment you walk through the hallway, you will find a fully equipped and open kitchen with dining space.

From the kitchen you have direct access to the terrace and the large sun-facing garden. The terrace and garden have several outdoor seating areas, including a lounge garden set, sun loungers and an outdoor dining table.

Upstairs, there are 3 bedrooms, all provided with premium bed linens. The largest bedroom has a double bed and an ensuite bathroom with a bath and double washbasin. The second bedroom also has a double bed an in the third room you can find 2 single beds and 1 bunk bed.

Futhermore, you can also find an additional bathroom on the 1ste floor with a shower and sink.

In the upstairs hallway there is another small play area for the kids, only accessible to tough pirates! ;-)

There is parking for 2-3 cars.

Guest Access:
Guests have full access to the vacation home and facilities.

PET:
1 pet is allowed in Villa Gamoni. A supplement of €20/night will be charged for this.

PRE-CHECK-IN AND RENTAL DEPOSIT:
If you book this accommodation you agree to pay a rental deposit of € 500. A few days before arrival, if your reservation is confirmed, you will receive an email with a pre-check-in form. In it we will ask for your personal contact information and you will also need to arrange the rental deposit. After paying the rental deposit and completing the pre-check-in form, you will receive the necessary check-in instructions along with great tips and addresses of the area. Check-in to the accommodation is possible 24/24.

LINEN:
Quality bed linen and towels for in the kitchen and bathroom are provided in this accommodation.

CLEANING:
Upon arrival, the accommodation is professionally prepared and cleaned. Cleaning is included in the price. You, as a guest, must leave the accommodation in a clean condition when leaving the accommodation. If the accommodation is not left properly and excessively dirty, additional fees will be charged.

CONSUMPTION:
Normal consumption of water, heating and electricity are included in the rental price. Excessive consumption will result in additional charges.

CONTROL:
The accommodation is checked for damage and theft at every check-in and check-out. Damage incurred during the rental period must be reported immediately. The guest uses the accommodation at his/her own risk. The owner and the rental office are not responsible for theft or accidents that happen in and around the accommodation.

OTHER:
Rentus is the property agent who operates in the name and on behalf of the owner. The accommodation is furnished and equipped with kitchen and sanitary facilities. Cooking utensils and dishes are provided for the number of people allowed in the accommodation. The total price includes the rental of the accommodation (of which 90% refers to the property and 10% to the furniture), the cleaning fee and any administration costs.
