Furthermore, every room has an air conditioner and heating facility (extra charges apply) and hot/cold water available, it depends on temperature but normally it is mild. Every room is attached with a basic standard interior shower and toilet.

Beautiful large kitchen with a large fridge/freezer, microwave and kitchenware. The dining area is equipped with all the amenities.

Guest access
Guest will have access to independent bedroom, living room, kitchen and dining areas. Access to the property Is from the front gate, 24/7 security and attended presentations at the site.
Other things to note
The house is situated in DHA I, which is in the middle of twin cities.
You will be welcomed by the host in the brand new house. Rooms have two side windows and balconies to the street.
The rent mentioned here is not included the air-conditioning and heating costs. There will be an extra $10 charge per night for these facilities.
