Enjoy this penthouse with a private terrace with everything you need to enjoy. Air conditioning and heating. 100 meters away from Picasso's Birthplace and Cervantes Theater. Hammocks, barbecue, wifi and perfect location just in the center of Malaga. In a quiet area, one minute walking from museums, bars and restaurants in the downtown area. Optional parking.

A luxurious fully furnished modern penthouse situated in Malaga's historical city center close to the top sightseeing attractions. Three minutes away by foot from Picasso's Birth House.



The apartment comes fully equipped with everything you might need,

Living room :

including acontemporary great chaise-long sofa bed, coffee table, flat screen TV 50 and wireless internet (Wifi) included. Lovely dining area for four to sit.

Kitchen:

fully equipped and luxurious, it includes built in oven/cooker, microwave, double fridge/freezer, washer machine and all brand new crockery, cutlery, glassware.

Bathroom:

One bathroom with shower, with towels and hair dryer.



The apartment has one bedroom,

Master double bedroom with wide and spacious wardrobe, new high end bed frame and new luxury mattress, mattress protector, comfortable new bedding, pillows. A flat 32 TV



And here it comes: The Terrace – With sunbeds to get gorgeously tanned, a glass table with chairs to have breakfast or dinner under the light of the stars, and of course a BBQ to enjoy the magnificent weather we have around the year in this city!

The accommodation offers free Internet access for those who need to work or simply catch up on the news, or read up on Malaga's beautiful, vivacious city.

Lovely and central

Perfect place to stay for 2 people for a «long weekend». Nice flat, lovely terrace and very central. We would like to come back one day!

Communication from the host was fine until I paid for the property then there was zero , despite asking various questions, we only obtained check in details a few hours before our flight , this isn’t acceptable Photographs advertised were not reality, a lot had changed in the property and not for the better , it was worn and tired . Details said new mattress and pillows, this was definitely not the case and we had to go out and buy new pillows, the terrace could have been lovely but again was not well kept and needed updating , all in all I would not recommend of stay here again

The room was OK, though there was a big hole in the kitchen over the sink which stank and the drawers in the bathroom kind of fell out. The room is close to the city, which is comfortable, just the street where the room is located is a bit shady. No communication with the guy who is preparing the room via WhatsApp was easy and nice.But what is most annoying, is that the hosts are charging an extra reservation fee which they don’t refund back, once you’re leaving. So it is kind of a scam, what FeWo is warning about. Even asking kindly for the refund, they lie to you that they will do it and never refund you.
