Banchi Nuovi - Castel Sant'Angelo

Delightful apartment a few steps from Castel Sant'Angelo located on the first floor without a lift of an ancient building and has been recently restored.



The apartment consists of a living room with kitchenette and dining area, large hallway with double sofa bed (140x200), a bedroom with double bed (180x200) and a second smaller bedroom with a double bed. (140x200), a bathroom accessible from the hallway (max 4 + 2 persons - 60 m²).

  

The apartment is very quiet and can comfortably accommodate 4 people up to a maximum of 6 people.



The apartment has internet access via WiFi, washing machine, dishwasher and air conditioning \ heating and TV. The kitchen is complete with refrigerator, microwave, oven, hob and is equipped for cooking and eating.

The apartment comes complete with linen and towels for all guests.



The apartment is very comfortable. Its location is in the heart of historic and allows you to explore on foot many tourist attractions.

The apartment is suitable for use for Smart Working with fast internet connection.



The City Tax is 6,00 euros per person per day (including children aged 10 years and older) and is to be paid upon arrival (excluding bookings from web portals where the City Tax is already withheld).



Late Check in has an additional cost (20 euros from 9:00pm to midnight and 50 euros after midnight). Please provide us always your Arrival time. 



We offer tours and transfers (Airport, Train Station and Port).

Good but need some improvements

The location is excellent, check-in and check-out were very easy, and communication with Francesca was great. Overall, our stay was good, but the apartment needs some improvements. The beds and pillows weren’t very comfortable, and a few things in the apartment could be updated, such as the kitchen and bathroom taps. The kettle was not very clean, and the pots didn’t work properly on the stove. The location is excellent, check-in and check-out were very easy, and communication with Francesca was great.

Franchesca is really helpful, she was very nice to us and tried her best. Location is just amazing - super close to St Angelo castle, very nice restaurants in the neighborhood. Authentic building the drain in the shower was blocked and there was mold all over the bathroom, in general the apartment looked unkempt

A traditional Roman apartment in a fabulous location

This is a unique opportunity to experience traditional old-style Roman accommodation in a very central tourist location. Cool in summer. Great central spaces for getting together. Cooking facilities are very helpful if you don’t want to go out Some fixtures need repair (eg taps, bathroom doors and loo seat) but this is also to do with the age/style of the apartment

Apartamento muy coqueto con aroma histórico

We loved the apartment itself, with a very neat and beautiful decoration, the ideal location, very close to the main monuments of the city. Very comfortable and with all the amenities. We went as a family: 2 adults and 4 teenagers, and we all enjoyed the apartment and its location very much. One of the air conditioners was not working, but it did not affect us because the one that was working cooled the entire apartment.

Well located house but without comfort and isolation

The location is the best thing about the apartment. It is within walking distance of much of the central part of Rome, as well as a bus service to all the tourist areas of Rome. We also noticed that the guest left some items in the kitchen (left by other guests) which also helped. And the fact that there is a supermarket 2 minutes away on foot is a plus for those who use the apartment. I think that the price paid compared to the amenities of the apartment leaves a lot to be desired. Let's see that it is an apartment without any comfort, with loose furniture, very worn and soft mattresses and very worn crockery. The bathroom needs urgent work because it is completely out of date. But the worst thing is the windows, because the ones in the bedroom don't even close, which makes sleeping at night a mess, with the restaurants and residents of the neighboring buildings. The same goes for the neighbors who, as soon as they walk or make any movement, can be heard as if they were inside the house. They should carry out work on the apartment as soon as possible so that they can charge the prices they charge per night.

Excelente comunicación para ingreso y consultas!! El dpto es muy confortable y con todo lo necesario para una estadía perfecta... Y la ubicación es excelente... cerca del vaticano...de plaza navona...del trastevere... muchos lugares lindos para comer y tomar algo.... Lo único que el lavarropas no funcionaba no cargaba agua...igualmente nos preguntaron si queríamos que manden alguien a ver pero como estábamos todo el día afuera no lo necesitamos... Y lo otro que daba trabajo era poner llave a la puerta del ingreso al dpto
