The Neighborhood:

Ideally positioned between central Manchester and Salford—both around a 25-minute walk away—this apartment is a great base for exploring everything the city has to offer. Salford Quays and MediaCity are also just a 15-minute walk from the property.



You’ll find a selection of cafés, restaurants, and shops right on your doorstep, while central Manchester is easily reached via the Metrolink (with the nearest stop just 5 minutes away), or by a short drive or bus journey. A large Sainsbury’s supermarket is also conveniently located within a 5-minute walk.



Getting Around:

Central Manchester and Central Salford can both be reached in around 25 minutes on foot. The Metrolink is a quick option to get in to central Manchester, and the nearest stop is just 5 mins walk away. Manchester Piccadilly train station is a 15 minute taxi ride.



Other Things to Note:

The kitchen is fully equipped with all the basics that you will need during your stay. Just bear in mind that it is kitted for 3 people.



There is a sofa bed for 1 person in the living area that can be made up upon request before arrival, for an additional fee (please select 3 guests when booking).



Please note you must confirm your check in time 24 hours in advance.



If you are delayed by more than one hour from the agreed time, an additional charge of £10/hr will be applicable as a late check-in fee.



Late check-in fees:

· For check-ins between 22:00 to 00:00, there is a £50 fee.

· For check-ins between 00:00 to 07:00, there is a £75 fee.



For security reasons:

· We may ask you to upload a photo of yourself on your profile if you do not have one.

· No 3rd party bookings. If you book and can’t be present for the check-in we will have to ask you for additional information.
