Comfortable and spacious accommodation of 80 m², with sea views.

It is located 2 km from the rocky beach “Raco Calent”, 2 km from the restaurant “Pepi's”, 2 km from the town “Peñiscola”, 2 km from the supermarket “Consum”, 2 km from the sandy beach “Playa Sur”, 2 km from the bus station “Interurban, Nacionales”. “, 4 km from the “Parque Natural de la Sierra de Irta” natural park, 11 km from the “Benicarlo/Peñiscola” train station, 50 km from the “Castellon” airport, 50 km from the “Panoramica” golf course, 100 km from the “Port Aventura” amusement park and is located in a charming area and within a residential area.

It has a terrace, seasonal communal pool, outdoor parking in the same building, 1 fan and television.

The American kitchen, with ceramic glass, is equipped with a fridge, microwave, oven, freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, dishes, cutlery, kitchen utensils and coffee maker.

At your entrance we will give you the sheets and a small cleaning kit. Towels are not provided.

Apartment was as advertised. There were a few dog hairs on one of the beds. A couple notes that may be easy to miss so you aren't disappointed (these are all indicated in the listing, so no false advertising here): 1) There is no AC. It was fairly warm and humid while we were here, but being diligent about closing the sun shades in the morning and opening to cross-ventilation in the evening kept temperatures reasonable. Keep a fan on you for sleeping (and maybe a frozen water bottle). Pool was also very nice for cooling off.2) There is no WiFi. Alas, for us, cell service was also dodgy. 3) It's a solid hike up from town. Good exercise, though, and there's a nice trail into the mountains nearby. Again, hitting the pool after hiking up was a bonus.4) Wasn't entirely clear from the listing, but there is a dedicated parking space and lots of on-street parking.5) The refrigerator works well, but will ice up pretty rapidly in humid conditions. Be diligent about keeping the doors closed!All in all, we enjoyed our visit, and it was nice to have the space for six people!

Superbe appartement situé sur les hauteurs de Peniscola ( quartiers chics) superbe vue sur la mer . Piscine dans la résidence calme et entretenu. Malheureusement l'appartement était sale il n'avait pas été nettoyé et il n'y a pas de cafetière, les couvres lits étaient sales, l'appartement est laissé à l'abandon il n'est pas entretenu, terrasse extérieure fonctionnelle mais tout est sale : le mobilier, les tables et la terrasse pas nettoyé .... en ce qui concerne les consommables il n'y a rien ! Même pas un produit WC ou un produit pour le sol .... le plus dur reste le fait que il n'y a pas de climatisation mais cela était mentionné dans l'annonce. En résumé bel emplacement belle vue mais appartement pas entretenu. De plus notez que la plage est loin à pied.

Lo mejor del apartamento las visitas, pero carecía de limpieza, sin calefacción, uno de los baños con problemas y cucarachas.. Humedades en el salón y cuando nos duchábamos caía agua del techo.
