The upper floor hosts 2 bedrooms: the first features 1 single bed measuring 90 cm in width and 190 cm in length, along with 1 double bed measuring 140 cm in width and 190 cm in length, while the second bedroom is furnished with 1 double bed also measuring 140 cm in width and 190 cm in length. The property includes 1 shower room with WC on the main level, as well as a separate WC on the upper floor. A 10 m2 terrace with both west-facing and north-facing orientations extends the living space outdoors, offering a pleasant setting for relaxing or dining al fresco.
