Robins Rest is a lovely apartment located on Billingshurst High Street that sleeps four guests.

This apartment has two double bedrooms available for guests to use, equipped with plenty of storage.

The bathroom is a great size and has a shower over bath.

The living space is very open and through the french doors leads to the terrace also for guests to enjoy during their stay.

The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you would need on your travels, including fridge, freezer, hob, cooker, toaster and a tea pot.

Perfect place to Rest

Location was perfect for our needs in Billingshurst. So central. The accommodation had everything we needed from the comfy beds, to the kitchen appliances & even laundry drying racks. In door and private out door seating areas - we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Thank you

A great place to stay

Robins rest is a beautiful flat with a patio ideal to spend lovely warm summer evenings the shops are very accommodating especially Morison they well great also Sainsbury’s just down the road is Lidl with many parks for evening walks ideal the six bells we had a evening meal with in walking distance is the station the ticket man is always ready to help you find the cheapest route if their are 3 of you travelling you can save a third off the fare chemist parks are very accessible all in all a great place to come and spend your vacation 10/10 well done

October stay Robins Rest

We enjoyed our second stay at Robin's rest with our two children while visiting family. There is enough space for us all and a nice outside terrace. The fresh flowers, comfy beds and well appointed kitchen are all nice. The cake was also really tasty! The flat is a bit old and can get cold (October), being opppsite the pub it gets loud in the evenings on the bedroom side. It would be ideal for guests with pets but not for anyone with animal hair allergies. The location offers very good access to Billingshurst for pubs and restaurants. Only a short 15minute walk with children to the train station with direct trains to London (only 1 hour train journey) or down to the coast (Brighton / Portsmouth). Thank you !

Short stay family visit

We stayed for a few days with our two children (7 and 9) to visit family in the area. The location of the flat is ideal for the high street, short walk to the local train station (15 mins). The terrace and bedrooms are lovely. The building is quite old but has a certain charm. We didn't need to contact the owner but were supplied a number with the booking in case of emergencies. The flat had all the amenities including milk and coffee, which was appreciated. Fresh flowers, croissants and chocolates were also in the flat, which gave it a nice homely atmosphere. There is the King's Head pub opposite the flat, which does excellent food but is quite loud in the evenings. The door to the property opens directly onto the main road, therefore not recommended for families with small children. We enjoyed our stay and would come back again. Thank you.

Great in the essentials, just a few minor details to improve.

We travel from the US to visit family a few times a year, and are so happy there is finally a property in the village! The bedrooms and all linens were excellent, heating excellent, water pressure in the shower lovely. It was even decorated for Christmas. We didn't need the tiny kitchen except to enjoy the coffee and tea provided, thanks much. And we didn't use the patio mid-December, but it seemed quite nice! I'd recommend a thorough clean out of cupboards and drawers. What a lot of accumulated junk, and some dirt that should be done away with. A small but definite detraction. A clean rug in the entryway would help also! Will certainly stay again.

Schöne Wohnung

Es ist eine tolle und saubere Wohnung. Es war alles vorhanden, was macht braucht. Die Kommunikation mit der Kontakperson war sehr gut. Die Lage ist mitten im Ortskern....mitten im englischen Leben.Der Esstisch war etwas klein für 4 Personen, Stühle haben wir uns vom Balkon genommen. Auch die Betten sind schmal und für 4 ausgewachsene Personen knapp bemessen. Trotzdem würden wir die Wohnung immer wieder nehmen.
