These spacious rooms feature a comfortable double bed, desk and chair for independent work, wardrobes, and fresh bedding. With this room you will have access to a shared kitchen, bathroom, living room and laundry space.

Set in a charming Grade II listed Georgian building, the property features high ceilings, tall sash windows, original period features, and a calm, welcoming atmosphere.

All bills are included: electricity, gas, water, wifi and council tax.
We offer budget-friendly, flexible shared-house style accommodation in the great location of Clifton, a short walk to the city centre and harbourside and with easy transport links to other areas of the city. All rooms are fully furnished, with shared bathrooms and our prices are inclusive of all bills, including WiFi. We cater for a range of people, from students to working professionals, with stays ranging from a week to several months.

the place was quite comfortable . only that the inmates try to mess the tolets up all the time .

its a good location and proximal to where am working . the cleaners try there best to keep it clean.

Good for short stay more suitable for students or for short work reasons than for a tourist.

Good, close to all tourist attractions of Bristol. The accommodation was not exactly as advertised. Its more suited to students. It said there was a TV and there was not. Infact room we booked has changed in the picture and description since we checked in. Our room was clean and basic. Shared bathroom was cleaned regularly. Lots of stairs to climb to get to it which should be mentioned in advert as not everyone can climb that much. The shared kitchen was in the basement.
