These well equipped studio rooms feature a comfortable double sized bed, desk and chair for independent work, wardrobes, and fresh bedding. With this studio, you will also have a full private kitchen with oven, fridge microwave and toaster. Additionally, there is a private bathroom for you to enjoy.

Set in a charming Grade II listed Georgian building, the property features high ceilings, tall sash windows, original period features, and a calm, welcoming atmosphere.

All bills are included: electricity, gas, water, wifi and council tax.
We offer budget-friendly, flexible shared-house style accommodation in the great location of Clifton, a short walk to the city centre and harbourside and with easy transport links to other areas of the city.

All rooms are fully furnished, with shared bathrooms and our prices are inclusive of all bills, including WiFi.

We cater for a range of people, from students to working professionals, with stays ranging from a week to several months.

excellent location to stay

cozy and convenient facilities, and all staffs are very kind and supportive. Some disadvantages are: ventilation wasn't good in the basement room; smell of sewers around the room and noise from the room above and from using laundry machine after 10pm and even till 1 or 2 am.

Was suitable as short term stay for work with the benefit of kitchen facilities to save on costs

The staff were extremely helpful and friendly over the phone and email. Location is great for working nearby at the Uni with the added benefit of kitchen facilities to save on cost. For the room, I wish another type of seating was available other than the bed or chairs at the table. The available pot and pan wasn't the cleanest so I avoided them on my stay. Otherwise the room suited its purpose while I was there for work.

Don’t believe the photos!

When we arrived, we discovered the room we were given was not the room advertised on the VRBO page. It was awful. A musty basement room. No window. Narrow stairs down. We did not stay. We would not recommend this spot to anyone. If elderly or disabled, forget it The person that we met in the hall (another renter) summed it up by saying “doesn’t meet expectations, now does it?“ That was an understatement.
