These spacious, single occupancy, rooms feature a comfortable double bed, desk and chair for independent work, wardrobes, and fresh bedding. With this room you will have access to a shared kitchen, bathroom and living room.

Set in a charming Grade II listed Georgian building, the property features high ceilings, tall sash windows, original period features, and a calm, welcoming atmosphere.

All bills are included: electricity, gas, water, wifi and council tax.
We offer budget-friendly, flexible shared-house style accommodation in the great location of Clifton, a short walk to the city centre and harbourside and with easy transport links to other areas of the city. All rooms are fully furnished, with shared bathrooms and our prices are inclusive of all bills, including WiFi. We cater for a range of people, from students to working professionals, with stays ranging from a week to several months.

Je krijgt waarvoor je betaald. Goedkoop basic en simpel. Redelijk schoon, je moet niet zo nauw kijken. Maar voor dat bedrag is het heel prima. Vergeet niet zelf baddoeken mee te brengen, zit niet inbegrepen. Ook beetje gehorig dus oordopjes zijn goed idee. Locatie is goed: bushalte op 10 meter van woning en die bus 8 gaat via centrum naar station.

I loved my stay!

The property’s location is really convenient for anyone working in Clifton. The accommodation was clean and wasn’t noisy and everyone was very respectful of others. Lindsey and Marta were very helpful and accommodating.

It's not okay. Ineffective heating radiatoin in my room (room 2), unstable wifi connectivity, limited utensils in the kitchen, occupants not washing dishes after usage, excessive smoking in the apartment and lack of orientation on to operate equipment (washing machine especially drying).
