This characterful Périgourdine property is set in a peaceful, green environment and offers stunning, uninterrupted views over the surrounding countryside. Here you can enjoy peace, space and privacy, while well known towns such as Sarlat and the many highlights of the Dordogne are easily accessible.
The house accommodates up to 6 guests and one child and combines authentic features with modern comfort. Thanks to its romantic atmosphere, heated private pool and beautiful location, Lavedemme is an ideal retreat for lovers of nature, culture and relaxation.

Inside
With a living area of approximately 160 m², the house offers generous space and comfort. On the ground floor you will find a charming kitchen open to the living room. Natural stone walls, old wooden beams and the original fireplace create a warm and authentic atmosphere, while the modern kitchen appliances meet all contemporary standards.
The bright living room opens directly onto the terrace and features a spacious dining area seating up to 8 people. On this floor there are two double bedrooms sharing a bathroom with walk in shower, washbasin and separate toilet.
A wooden staircase leads to the upper floor, where you will find a third spacious double bedroom, a landing with a sofa bed and space for a travel cot, as well as a second modern bathroom.

Outside
Several terraces surround the house, offering both sunny and shaded spots. The heated private swimming pool measuring 4.5 x 10 metres is the heart of outdoor living and offers beautiful views. Sun loungers and parasols are provided. Near the pool there is a large terrace with a covered outdoor kitchen, a generous dining table and a table tennis table. Parking is available on the property. But above all, this is a place of privacy with views, views, views.
