Set with lovely views of the surrounding countryside, this property is set on its own where guest can enjoy the peace of mid wales.. 2 steps to entrance.

Ground Floor:

Open plan living space.

Living area: Smart TV, Woodburner, Sofa Bed (Double), Patio Doors Leading To Patio

Kitchen area: Electric Cooker, Electric Hob, Microwave, Fridge/Freezer, Dishwasher, Washer Dryer

Shower Room: Walk-In Shower, Heated Towel Rail, Toilet

First Floor:

Bedroom 1: Double (4ft 6in) Bed

Bedroom 2: Double (4ft 6in) Bed. Oil central heating, electricity, bed linen, towels and Wi-Fi included. Initial fuel for wood burner included. Travel cot, highchair, stairgate and fireguard. Welcome pack. . Enclosed front garden with sitting out area and garden furniture. Hot tub for 6 (private). Private parking for 2 cars. No smoking. Please note: 3 steps in garden. This property has a natural water supply via borehole. The track to this property is rough and steep, low cars may struggle with the track. The owners take their Corsa up each day with no issues!. This well-placed detached property is perfect for exploring all that Mid Wales has to offer enjoying lovely views with a private hottub which is undercover meaning guests can enjoy it in all weather, and the beautiful Offa’s Dyke walking trail which is 177 miles long and is situated close by. Located just 4 miles from the popular town of Kington which has a great mixture of cafés, restaurants, and local shops for guests to enjoy. There is also a golf course which is one of the highest in England and Wales, with views over the Brecon Beacons.

Nearby there are walks aplenty for the more active from just out of the door of Middle Hanter you have a great array of walks to enjoy all with dramatic views of the surrounding hill and there are many open gardens to explore including Hergest Croft Gardens in nearby Kington. The property is just 13 miles from the popular town of Hay-on-Wye which is famous for its many book shops and annual Hay Festival, which attracts many visitors each year.

We had such a lovely little break :) such a quiet and relaxing area so if that’s what you’re after here is definitely the place! Had everything we needed at the cottage... and the hot tub was amazing. Amazing local pub in Kington The Swan hotel we had a beautiful Sunday dinner and a steak night also… lovely walks for the doggies too , will definitely be back!

If you want a place to get away from it all this is the place .

If you want a place to get away from it all this is the place .. so peaceful and location lovely and rural. Track up to property is a bit of an adventure but worth it to stay in such a well equipped cottage. Only thing we would have preferred was a kingsize bed 😀

Lovely and clean cottage, beds really comfy. Has everything you need. Enjoyed the hot tub (glad it was under cover) and the views are wonderful. Peaceful location with only 2 goats for neighbours. The decking is very slippy when wet with the rain, could do with a rubber mat between hot tub and door to cottage

Beautiful house and surroundings

We stayed here for my husband's birthday with our 2 kids and dog. The house and the views were beautiful. We loved having just the goats and sheep as neighbours and we loved having the hot tub there. The house was well equppied with everything we needed, just wish we'd been able to stay longer
