Whilst Fowey has lots to offer, Waterfront Apartment’s superb, south-facing balcony has just one thing on the agenda… relaxation.. All on the First Floor:

Bedroom 1: Double (4ft 6in) Bed

Bedroom 2: 2 x Single (3ft) Beds

Bathroom: Bath, Walk-In Shower, Toilet. Gas central heating, gas, electricity, bed linen, towels and Wi-Fi included. Balcony with outdoor furniture. Public car park, at cost). No smoking.. Waterfront Apartment is situated in a spectacular position, boasting wonderful harbour and sea views.

The principal rooms and magnificent balcony enjoy a sunny, south-facing aspect and have a particularly stunning outlook over the harbour, harbour entrance and the open sea; ideal for that much deserved rest and relaxation you are craving.



This spacious first floor apartment is situated above ’Haveners Restaurant’ - St Austell Brewery’s superb Bar and Grill, which is well worth a try during your stay in this popular area of Cornwall.
