Nestled in a picturesque location, this cottage is in the perfect area for visiting the North Yorkshire Moors and the beautiful coastline of Scarborough, 6 miles.. 1 step to entrance.

Bedroom 3: Single (3ft) Bed, (Accessed Via Bedroom 2). Gas central heating, electricity, bed linen, towels and Wi-Fi included. Doggy extras. . Enclosed patio with garden furniture. Private parking. Three small/medium dogs welcome, more may be considered (to be arranged with owner). Please Note: No babies or toddlers.. Kimlin Cottage is positioned in a rural location close to the picturesque village of West Ayton near Scarborough. Set in a picturesque location on a non-working farm with a small caravan and campsite with no light pollution and views of Flamborough cliffs in the distance. The cottage has been furnished and decorated to an extremely high standard and is well-equipped with everything you should need to make your stay here a memorable one. The ground floor bedroom and bathroom is ideal for people with restricted mobility.



There is a double bedroom on the mezzanine floor leading through to a single bedroom. The patio is fenced and enclosed making it ideal for pets and children. Kimlin Cottage is a perfect base for keen ramblers and cyclists as there are many pathways located directly from your doorstep, with peaceful and tranquil dog walks around the property. Scarborough distance 6 miles. Shop 1½ mile, pub and restaurant 1½ miles.

Lovely, cosy cottage set in a very tranquil location.

Lovely, cosy cottage set in a very tranquil location. Perfect for nice, long walks with the dogs right from the doorstep. There is a big forest within walking distance with plenty of different paths to explore. It’s a little slice of paradise!
