Apartment in a Tuscan residence located in a very quiet area surrounded by greenery, a few minutes drive from some of the most beautiful beaches on the island and from all services. The Sottobomba beach is located 1 km from the house, it is part of the coastal stretch of white rock of Portoferraio together with the nearby beaches of Padulella, Capo Bianco and Le Ghiaie. It can be reached via a steep staircase towards the sea, the view from the top reveals a paradisiacal scenario. Intense sea colors that stand out even more thanks to the white pebbles that cover the beach and seabed. Wild and uncontaminated aspect, ideal for those seeking tranquility and for snorkelers.

House with outdoor patio equipped with table, chairs and barbecue. It is accessed from the kitchen with TV area, sofa bed for 1 person and dining area. Along the corridor we find a bathroom with shower and washing machine. The sleeping area consists of two double bedrooms.
