Deben Wharf has a communal entrance with the main door operated by a key code and a lift and stairs from the hall taking you to the 3rd floor where there are just two penthouse apartments. The door to Woodbridge Penthouse opens into the L shaped hall with a table to leave your keys on and a cupboard for coats and footwear before going along, past the two bedrooms and study/dressing room into the light and spacious living room at the end. There are plenty of windows to make the most of the uninterrupted views of the river and town with nobody overlooking you.

LIVING/KITCHEN/DINING ROOM
This triple aspect room is extremely well designed. The kitchen wraps around one corner with a central island housing the ceramic hob making it a sociable area to prepare meals. The waist height double oven and combi ovens are particularly convenient if you have a bad back; there’s a massive fridge freezer; Bosch washer/dryer; double toaster; and a kettle.
Positioned by the window with a view over the rooftops is the glass topped dining table with four beautifully upholstered chairs. Two generous sofas are positioned so you can watch the telly with a couple of tables for your coffees or aperitifs.

MAIN BEDROOM
Wake to views of the boats sailing along the river in this elegant room with a super-king size bed and a velvet bucket chair positioned so you can make the most of the view. There’s ample room for you to unpack and settle in with a chest of drawers and well-designed wall unit with hangers, a shelf and a mirror, as well as bedside drawers.
SHOWER ROOM
This modern en-suite with natural light has a double shower cubicle with both rain and hand-held showers, wash basin with storage beneath it, WC and heated towel rail (towels provided).

GUEST BEDROOM
An equally stylish room with zip and link beds allowing you to choose between a super-king or twin configuration (be sure to make your request before arrival). There are bedside drawers and a hanging rack for your clothes.

SNUG/DRESSING ROOM
A great addition to a holiday apartment, this room is simply furnished with a storage unit, chest of drawers and hanging rail so guests can use it as a dressing room; or relax in one of the comfy chairs (one with footstool) and enjoy some peace and quiet.

BATHROOM
This crisp clean bathroom sits opposite the guest bedroom. There’s a shower attachment over the bath with a concertina screen, a wash basin with storage beneath, WC, heated towel rail and natural light.

OUTSIDE
The Deben Wharf building is a collection of luxury waterfront with bollards into the private parking and one space allocated for each apartment. There’s additional parking in car parks close by if needed.
