Prague stay

We lived staying at this property! There was plenty of space for our group of 8. It was very easy to walk to many shops and restaurants.

On the fence

Overall it was ok but the neighborhood is so loud! We were kept up until 3 in the morning from all the partying right outside our window. Normally I wouldn’t mind this too much but I was there with my children and a family friend. There also were not enough towels for all of us and the bed my husband and I slept in appeared to have blood stains :( I did like the views and there was a store very close by so we could get drinks. It was an experience for sure. The contact with the property manager was good though. He was very kind and quick to respond with all our questions. Check in was a bit rough and confusing but response from the manager was quick to help us figure out where to go.

Would not rent from these people again

I brought my mother and my oldest brother on a five country trip to Europe for my mother's 84th birthday. The two apartments from this company that we rented in Prague were the most disappointing the first department on April 23 and 24th was dirty had no sheets on one of the beds I called the manager who told me I'll have the cleaning lady bring sheets tomorrow never did the floors were not very clean, broken tiles on the kitchen floor that a piece almost popped up and cut my foot overall a very poorly maintained apartment. Second apartment same people May 4 through May 8 fourth floor apartment at a different location nice apartment however again floor is very dirty three bathrooms. One had no toilet paper. One had a quarter of a roll of toilet paper and one had a little less than half of a roll of toilet paper. The cleaning person, supplies and equipment were left laying around in various parts of the apartment like that's where we store them refrigerator, dirty and full of old things from the last people that stayed there not very impressed. And the manager David not very helpful and says he's going to do something and doesn't do it that speaks volumes.

1. The absolutely disgusting baking tray that was caked with grease, food remnants and other dirt 2. The (what I’m assuming to be blood) stained bedsheets in the apartment 2 3. The absolutely disgusting air filter in the bathroom of apartment 2, which unfortunately emanated a foul smell whenever turned on 4. The ceiling lamps that seemed to have bugs, dirt and other debris trapped inside them 5. Various burn marks along the counters 6. The barely functioning, clogged up dishwasher 7. The lack of commodities (No dishwasher pods, only one toilet roll) 8. The curtain that barely hung on by a thread

Good property

The location was outstanding. A short walk to the Old Town Square and many attractions, shops and restaurants. Would've enjoyed the actual location more with a common area, but overall it was a good stay. The lack of lighting in the stairwells and hallways was the worst issue we had, and it was just an inconvenience more than anything. Would stay here again.

Great location; plenty of space

Only a 5 min walk to the main square and so much to do close by. The apartment had everything we needed for 5 or more adults including 3 bathrooms. We would stay again!
