The property can accommodate up to eight guests comfortably in four bedrooms with three bathrooms. Conveniently located 4 km (3 mi) from Roseto Degli Abruzzi, Italy and only 32 km (20 mi) from Teramo. If you'd like to visit the beautiful Italian coast, it's just a short distance to the sea (3 km 2 mi).

The property comprises two different buildings: a 3-bedroom villa and a dependance with one double bedroom.
