The chalet has been recently renovated and consists of two independent apartments. It offers a stay full of nature, comfort and modernity, while fully respecting the environment. It is located in Chies d’Alpago, an area dotted with interesting villages, surrounded by the Belluno Prealps. The chalet is nestled under Mount Messer and has a breathtaking view of Lake Santa Croce. A luxury jewel in the pristine embrace of the green of the Alpago, between the Dolomites and the Venice lagoon.



"Casera Cal de Mez - SoT" (equipped with automatic air exchange) is 85 square meters and consists of a large and panoramic living area on the ground floor. The kitchen is fully equipped with induction hob, oven, microwave, refrigerator and dishwasher. The dining area has a large table for pleasant convivial lunches and dinners. The living area has a comfortable sofa that can turn into a double bed if necessary. A smart TV and wi-fi connection are available. The exposed beams and the skillful use of wood and lights enhance the guest's experience.

The sleeping area with panoramic views creates the atmosphere for unforgettable moments. The room is equipped with a luxurious double bed, an armchair that can turn into a single bed and a wellness area with Jacuzzi, sauna, Turkish bath and large shower with waterfall, nebulizers and infrared rays. The climate control with eco-friendly heat pump makes the habitability of the chalet even more comfortable.

To complete the offer, the accommodation has a garden with solarium and independent barbecue area, ideal for outdoor lunches and dinners. In common with the other apartment the possibility of using the laundry area and the outdoor car park. Excellent location for biking and hiking.

The structure is aimed at couples and families who find privacy and serenity here, maintaining an excellent and convenient connection with the main roads and tourist resorts. Green and ecological sustainability reduce the environmental impact of the structure, thanks to the power supply from renewable energy sources. The chalet has no architectural barriers to facilitate the movement of people with limited mobility.
