Casa La Rosaleda is a comfortable semi-detached villa with three bedrooms and two bathrooms. There are two floors, each of app. 50 m2. Downstairs you will find the living room, kitchen and a toilet. The living room has direct access to the veranda and the garden. The upper floor has three bedrooms and two bathrooms. The master bedroom is spacious and has an en-suite bathroom.
The house is situated in the upper part of the Golf and Spa resort Bonalba, this means you will have a fantastic wide view. At the La Rosaleda urbanisation, there are three communal swimming pools. Two pools are within a one-minute walking distance from the house. The (paddle) tennis court is only five minutes walk from Casa La Rosaleda. The Bonalba golf clubhouse and the Bonalba Spa and swimming centre are at 500 meters. On the Bonalba resort, you will find several restaurants, small supermarkets, an Irish pub and even a barber.
If you want to enjoy the beach and the sea, the range of beaches is enormous. You will find the nearest beach within 10 minutes drive, in El Campello, where you will also find many food and beverage options along the boulevard. San Juan, which lies between El Campello and Alicante, is also reachable within 10 minutes by car. Playa San Juan offers no less than seven kilometres of sandy beaches, making it the longest sandy beach in Spain.
