You will be staying in a 1-room house that spans across 28 square meters and is designed with modern and cozy furnishings. The living/dining area is situated on two levels, providing an open and spacious feel. You can access the balcony directly from this living space. The open gallery area features sloping ceilings with a ceiling height ranging from 1 to 120 cm and includes a double bed (160 cm wide, 200 cm long) without a separate enclosed wardrobe.

The kitchenette is equipped with 2 ceramic glass hob hotplates, a toaster, a kettle, and an electric coffee machine, allowing you to prepare meals during your vacation. The property features a shower/WC for your convenience. Outside, you'll find a terrace with terrace furniture, perfect for enjoying the outdoors. Reserved parking at the house is also provided.
