The attractive garden, featuring a stunning rose bush and outdoor speakers, invites you to enjoy your favorite music by the large infinity saltwater pool. Open from March to October, the pool is illuminated at night with built-in LED lighting and can be heated from June to September for an extra fee. While the children play, prepare your favorite meals in the fully equipped outdoor kitchen and dine together on the covered terrace. Pétanque enthusiasts will also enjoy the dedicated playing area.

Each bedroom boasts a private bathroom with a spacious walk-in shower, and the villa is fully air-conditioned to keep you comfortable year-round. Parking includes a garage for one car and space for up to eight additional vehicles around the house, plus ample room for bicycles.
