Our stay was exactly what we were looking for, a private getaway surrounded by nature, located on a beautiful property. The cabin was very clean, and we had zero issues during our stay. We would definitely return in the future for a quiet weekend getaway. Highly recommend this VRBO to anybody wanting a quiet, peaceful weekend surrounded by nature.

Had an excellent stay! Myself and 2 dogs and 2 young children. The cottage was clean and had everything we needed. A great, private location and a very helpful host. Would definitely stay here again!

Awesome time

We stayed at this location this past weekend. We had a great time as a family, lots of space to relax and such a cute place to stay. Owner was great- friendly, easy to contact with any questions and making sure we had a great stay. Exactly what we needed, we will be returning :)

Awesome place!

Our family of 5 really loved it at this cute little cabin while we stayed in Wasaga Beach! It's on a very private property shared with one other home but enough space between buildings to feel like you're on your own. :) I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking to get away! The owner is super accommodating as well! We texted and he was more than happy to make our stay as comfortable as possible!

Wonderful experience

This rental was a wonderful experience! The cabin was clean, remote and exactly as advertised. Unfortunately this has been a wet summer and the mosquitos made it impossible to sit outside....

Wonderful and cozy property to disconnect from reality with ample space to stretch out and relax. Close to the beach and other amenities and activities if you get tired of lying around, and has a nice hike to the river in the property itself where you can fish. Make sure to call the owner to discuss what you need to bring beforehand, he's very helpful and is close by to help at any time. A hidden gem in a beautiful town!

We were the first renter for this new owner. he was very friendly and wanted us to have a good stay. at first we were a little overwhelmed because of the ''mansion'' also on the property but once we settled and knew we were at the right place it was excellent for our need. we went from wasaga beach to niagara fall while we were there is was a very quiet and chill place to be. it is small but newly renovated and really clean. 10/10 would rent again.

Cute, quiet cabin!

Really enjoyed the peace and quiet and how accessible the river was. We canoed all the way to Wasaga Beach starting about 100 metres from the cabin! Ruslan was super welcoming, too. The only things missing from this place are a few kitchen utensils (a pair of tongs and a kitchen knife would be handy) but that didn’t stop us from having a lovely weekend getaway. We brought our own bedding and towels but bedding was available. We didn’t use the AC but that’s definitely a luxury for a cabin! Really great spot, we’ll be back.

Unfortunately the stay wasn’t the greatest we had to leave a night early as the mosquitoes were unbearable contacted the host for a one night refund and he told me I should have had mosquito repellent.. the Cabin was dirty inside and mouse droppings in bedroom . I would not recommend staying here . All I would like is my one night refund .

We stayed here for a ball tournament. The cabin was conveniently located less than 5 mins from the ball field. The cabin amenities were basic, but okay. A/C was great!! For sleeping, there's a bedroom with a bunk bed and a futon in the living room. The kitchen has an odd layout, but it's fully functional and you can't expect more from a cabin. There are dishes and pots/pants, toaster, microwave for your convenience. Outside there is a BBQ. The bathroom had not been cleaned prior to our arrival, so the shower, sink, and toilet were dirty, and I don't think the cabin has been deep cleaned for quite some time. We brought our own bedding and towels which would be my recommendation to anyone staying here, but there is bedding and a couple towels provided if you're stuck. Another note: We hadn't realized there was a house so close to the cabin as there is no mention of that in the listing. We only used the space to unwind at the end of the day and sleep, so it didn't bother us, but if we had expected to spend more time there maybe that would be different. There are also multiple other properties on the same road, and although quiet (we only saw a few people all weekend), that may deter people. I appreciated the good communication with the host prior to our arrival, and we did not experience any issues during. We would consider re-booking this place for the same purpose next year due to the close proximity to the ball field and the familiarity now that we know what to expect.
