Modern top floor apartment with panoramic sea view

Positioned at the quieter end of the sea front, the location is perfect for an array of activities. The apartments are slightly tucked away from the hustle and bussle of the seafront but the beach and town centre is easily reached on foot. More importantly, you have stunning sea views from the apartment.

This is a self-service apartment but we are around and happy to support with whatever we can, just get in contact.

The space
This 2 bedroom apartment is set on the top floor. This can be accessed via the lift or the stairs. Please beware that the lift is rather snug, this would not be an issue for a pushchair.

It has panoramic sea views in the open-plan living space. It has been fully furnished with the intention of it being for Airbnb customers. The kitchen as of June 2020 is brand new. It is fully equipped with a washer dryer, dishwasher, double oven, fridge freezer microwave and lots of storage! Of course, it has all the crockery, pans, utensils etc that you would need. Enough to feed 6 people.

6 adults could stay here, 4 in the 2 bedrooms and 2 using the sofa-bed in the lounge. Alternatively, there is a sofa bed in the twin room.

The bathroom has a shaver point, bath and separate shower.

Entrance is self-service. Details of codes will be sent at least 24 hours prior to your arrival. You can request them earlier if necessary.

The views truly are stunning and as this is on the top floor, you are not overlooked, rather you're overlooking other properties and the sea.

Brilliant Break

This apartment is fantastic, the views are stunning, we sat most of the time looking at the sea, and didn't read much of my book!The building is clean and well-maintained, including the lift.The apartment itself is stunning with great appointed rooms. Plenty of space. Nice thoughtful touches and the communication with the vendor was outstanding.Would definitely re-book.

Weston-super-Mare restaurants and beach

The appartment large and clean, however the bathroom and bedroom doors squeaked, the chair brackets were very loose. We sorted those out ourselves. The twin beds were uncomforrable and not fery wide fir adults. Also we thought there was a balcony that you could sit on, but unfortunately just balcony doors. We enjoyed weston the restaurants and beach. Also a great taxi service which was great as my 89 year old mum needs to use a rollater to aid walking snd tiwn was just a bit to far fir her to manage. No one contacted us at all while we were there.

Beautiful seafront views

We had a lovely stay at this property while in town to visit family in WSM and Hutton. Although there was a slight issue upon checking in, Anna Marie and her team were quick to respond. We enjoyed the lovely views and walk to the seafront via the Birnbeck Gardens. The flat was well appointed and we enjoyed our stay. Thank you!

Birthday break

Top floor apartment which has almost panoramic views of Weston Super Mare. Clean and well equipped throughout. The position is at the end of Weston, just after the Marine Lake and up a hill. It was (for those that do not mind walking) around a 20 minute walk to the new Pier. Ann Marie was very helpful when questions were asked, but there were no problems with the apartment. The only downside was that the lift did stop working on the Wednesday and had not been repaired by the time we left. But this young fit 67 year old and his not quite so young and fit 73 year old wife managed the stairs without the need of CPR!

Lovely apartment...

Climbed the stairs and opened the door, walked through the apartment and what views ... Then concentrated on the apartment. Great space, well-equipped and good equipment.

Everything was good about the property. However using the Vrbo app to find the address and entry details was not at all user friendly.

Girls trip for my 40th

Apartment was lovely, really clean and had everything we needed. Lush veiws of the beach. Beds are really comfy too. Only downside is it is further to the pier and beach front than it looks, it's quite a walk especially back up as its hilly. Would definitely stay again though, we will just get a taxi 😁

Wonderful apartment

The apartment was amazing the views were something else. Apartment was well catered had everything you need with quality appliances and soft furnishings, very high end. Anna Marie always answered any questions we had immediately and was very helpful. Couldn’t fault our stay in anyway and would highly recommend. We will be back thank you for a great holiday.

Modern apartment with beautiful views of the seafront

Had a great stay. Anna-Marie was excellent at responding whenever we had a question or request. The apartment was really nice with a modern feel to it. The biggest highlight was the incredible panoramic views of the seafront. Would definitely stay here again!
