Spacious and comfortably furnished penthouse flat with large covered terrace.

This flat is located on the second floor of the small Grosvenor residence (only 5 flats) and is easily accessible by lift.

On the covered roof terrace you can enjoy your breakfast, lunch, aperitif,... at any time of the day.

 

The sea and the beach are only 150 metres away.

The flat consists of a spacious living room with open kitchen. There are 2 bedrooms and a spacious bathroom with bath, shower, double washbasin and toilet, there is also an extra toilet separately.

In the storage room there is also a washing machine.

Private bicycle storage is available.

This ideal holiday flat is suitable for 6 persons.
