Villa Arabella is a beautifully stylish 4 bedroom, 4.5 bathroom villa fantastically located close to restaurants, bars and beaches.  Corallia Beach is a lovely sandy beach with crystal clear Mediterranean waters and the equally amazing Coral Bay Beach is where you'll find lots of thrilling watersports to indulge in and a stretch of golden sands to relax on.  There are several eateries and watering holes in walking distance and the vibrant Coral Bay strip with its numerous restaurants, bars with live music, shops and a great little amusement park with mini golf right in the centre is around a 15 minute walk or a 2 minute drive.

Further afield the Sea Caves, St. George and the Akamas lie to the west. Back east you have Potima Bay and a CVR favourite the Sea You Beach Bar, the Old Town and Kato Paphos.

From the external steps and pool patio area, Villa Arabella welcomes you into a lavish marble covered wonderland, making it a brilliantly bright, white, light haven of luxury.  The open plan downstairs area offers a large lounge with huge curved sofa and flat screen TV with English speaking channels, dining area to seat 8 guests and a modern, contemporary kitchen with a central island and all the mod cons you will need.  The first of the 4 bedrooms can be found on this level which is a double with en suite shower room and patio doors leading out to the rear garden.  There is also a guest cloakroom on the ground floor.  The marble staircase takes you to the 2nd double bedroom with en suite bathroom with jacuzzi bath and double vanity unit, walk-in wardrobe and patio doors leading to a covered balcony with pool and distant sea views.  The third bedroom on this floor is a twin with en suite shower room and patio doors leading out to the covered balcony with pool and distant sea views.  The fourth and final bedroom is also a twin with en suite shower room and patio doors leading to a balcony with pool and distant sea views.

Back downstairs, there is a full wall of glass patio doors leading out to your own private patio pool area.  The large 10m x 5m infinity pool has walk-in steps for ease of access and is surrounded by quality sun loungers, sun parasols and has an outside kitchen area with a brick-built charcoal bbq and dining table and chairs to enjoy wonderful al fresco meals under the warming Cypriot sun or on balmy summer evenings.
