Antheia Villa is a unique stone-built villa for rent, located in Kalathos Village. It offers a wonderful private swimming pool with a sea view and an easy access to the beach of Kalathos, the longest beach of the island with the most crystal-clear waters. In Villa Antheia, youll get the Greek vibes and an island feeling as long as you arrive! It accommodates up to 6 guests.
Antheia Villa is a 3-bedroom villa. There are 3
comfy fully air-conditioned bedrooms, 2 of them with a double bed and one of
them with twin beds. All bedrooms are carefully decorated and offer a peaceful
style with Greek traditional details. There are 2 beautiful bathrooms, one with
a shower and one with a bathtub for your ultimate relaxation and comfort.
Theres an open plan kitchen, fully equipped for any meal preparation. In
addition, theres the unique living area in sophisticated style that will
immediately give you peace. Theres free Wi-Fi access throughout the property
as well as smart TVs. Outdoors, you will find the enchanting private swimming
pool and its sunbeds. The surrounding is quite peaceful with its incredible
view to the sea. Guests will find the BBQ facility and the sitting area to
relax and enjoy a gathering. Also, Aqua Sports Vlicha offer you a free
boat trip at Vlicha Beach, for extra fun moments with your loved ones. In addition,
we also offer you a welcome drink at Banana Beach Bar at Vlicha.
The location is pretty ideal to explore Greek beauty and nature. Kalathos Village is partly traditional and partly a small resort village that has many visitors. Kalathos Village offers one of the longest and cleanest beaches on the island and guests will find it in a walking distance. Also, guests will find everything they need such as super markets, pharmacies, bars, restaurants, and car rentals. Guests should also visit Lindos which is within less than a 10-minute drive away from the villas. Lindos Acropolis is the most extraordinary archaeological site of Rhodes and has the most idyllic beaches, such as Saint Pauls beach. The airport of the island is found in a distance of a 50-minute drive. Last but not least, you should consider visiting Medieval Town of Rhodes which is only a 50-minute drive away.
Please note that the accommodation (climate) tax per overnight stay is as follows:
o From 01/04 to 31/10: 2EUR per night
o From 01/11 to 31/03: 0,50EUR per night
