It is built and decorated with a bright and tasteful style, following the excellent standard of classic modern Scandinavian style, together with a fantastic view of the Mediterranean Sea and Fuengirola Bay, making it one of the best apartments for rent between Benalmádena and Fuengirola. with enough space for 6 people, divided into 3 bedrooms, beds with high-quality mattresses. There are 2 bathrooms, a fully equipped modern kitchen and a living room with access to the terrace, with sea views. The terrace is fully equipped so you can enjoy a private hot tub.

IMPORTANT - TO BE TAKEN INTO ACCOUNT



As established by the current regulations of the Andalusian Regional Government (Decree-Law 2/2024, of 29 January) and in compliance with the Special Drought Plan of the Hydrographic Demarcation of the Andalusian Mediterranean Basins (DHCMA), the temporary prohibition of the use of swimming pools, hot tubs, saunas, irrigation water, etc., has been implemented until further notice with the aim of reducing consumption and guaranteeing human water supply.



Late Check-In

If you plan to arrive outside standard check-in hours, please let us know in advance. We offer a late check-in with meet & greet so that your arrival is as comfortable and straightforward as possible.



From 20:00 to 00:00: 50 €

From 00:00 onwards: 80 €

Our team will receive you personally and give you the instructions to access the property, so you can settle in comfortably at any time.

We have ecological products for apartment cleaning, which allows us to maintain a clean and comfortable space for you, whilst reducing environmental impact. We want your stay to be as sustainable and pleasant as possible, caring for both the environment and your wellbeing during your visit.



ADDITIONAL RENTAL CONDITIONS AND PROPERTY RULES

Maintenance and Cleaning: The accommodation must be returned in reasonable order and cleanliness conditions. We reserve the right to apply additional charges, which will be deducted directly from the deposit, in the following cases:

• Excessive general dirt in the property.

• Considerable amount of unwashed dishes.

• Accumulation of rubbish inside the accommodation. It is the guest's responsibility to dispose of rubbish in the street containers indicated in the guide before departure.

• Irreversible damage to towels and bedding (makeup, creams, chemical products).

Services, Works and Environment: At Mojo Rentals, our priority is for you to enjoy a pleasant stay. Therefore, we ensure that we carry out thorough and rigorous cleaning of the property before your arrival to deliver it in optimal conditions. Nevertheless, the guest accepts the following:

• We are not responsible if community services (swimming pools, saunas, gyms, etc.) are closed or restricted due to community decisions or legal regulations.

• Community Works: We are not responsible for any acoustic or visual disturbances caused by maintenance, conservation or renovation works approved by the community that take place in common areas (facade painting, works in entrances, garages, gardens, etc.).

• External and Third-Party Works: We cannot be held responsible for continuous dirt (such as dust or debris on terraces and outdoor areas) or for noise or disturbances caused by construction, renovation or maintenance works carried out outside the property by third parties (adjoining plots, neighbouring properties or public roads). As these are activities outside our management, we have no control over their schedules or intensity, and their existence will not entitle you to refunds or compensation.
