Home away from home
This was a delightful, bright, and surprisingly spacious bungalow with a small patio area and a lovely garden. The modern kitchen had just about everything we needed, and the bathroom was fantastic, much better than ours at home! The weather was sunny during our trip, but there was a cupboard of games and books which would have kept us entertained if it had rained. There was a shop on the corner of the street, and supermarkets just a 5 minute drive, so we'll situated if we needed to pop out for anything. Lots of nearby restaurants and takeaways as well.
Our only downsides were that the towels were quite old and very coarse, and we ended up buying some to use instead. And while the carpets had all been hoovered etc, and everything seemed quite clean, we did notice quite a lot of small spiders, and lots of webs. Some parts of the property were quite dusty, particularly behind the bath.
Having said that, we thoroughly enjoyed our brief stay, and would absolutely stay here again if we' were ever in Ripon.
