Great Mill Rd. stay

Perfect location for visiting family in Petersfield. Clean, comfortable and well appointed apartment with everything we needed. Convenient access to great ethnic food, shopping and Cambridge U. activities.

Perfect location.

Modern apartment with everything you need. Walk to market, city center, river and alots of restaurants. If needed, bus stop at your doorstep. Would stay again.

Located next door to a bakery/cafe and near grocery shops. 15 minute walk to central Cambridge and to the rail station, plus 5 minutes from the coach drop off point.

We would have liked 1 more towel and the shower instructions in the bathroom. We had been traveling all day looking forward to a shower before we read the visitors book! It took us by surprise that there were instructions beyond the norm it was frustrating as we were tired from a long day. The location and apartment were great otherwise.

Great Location

This compact apartment had a very comfortable bed and everything we needed for our stay. As shown in the photos, the shower is small. Between the busy street and the shops directly below the apartment, this can be a noisy area. The upgraded windows, and blinds & curtains helped keep it peaceful inside. The parking structure is a short 5-minute walk away, but despite discounted rates for longer stays was still quite expensive. A 15-minute walk puts you in the heart of Cambridge. We had great communication with the management company. We enjoyed our stay and recommend the apartment for anyone wishing to visit Cambridge.

Three days in Cambridge

This property is well situated on the main thoroughfare of a diverse residential community with a lovely collection of shops, cafes, ethnic restaurants, exquisite cheese shop, fine wine shop, and a pub. The apartment was immaculate on arrival, and our communication with the property manager was most helpful, including arranging for an early arrival. The car park five minutes away is convenient, and a walk of less than 20 minutes takes you into the heart of the university and all of the key sites of the city. The apartment is well equipped, though small, and the shower is very small. We were initially put off by a very strong cigarette odor in the downstairs hallway, but we never detected the odor in the apartment itself. We recommend this property.

I know it's billed as Vibrant, but that's a bit of an exaggeration... it just busy and noisy... at all hours (on a Thursday). We ended up forfeiting our second night and moving on to a place where we could get better sleep. The unit itself was nice, though we didn't get our entry code 24 hours ahead of time as promised. Communication was often not very timely, either. If you're into the night scene and want a convenient, clean, place to crash, it totally works for that. But for a couple of GenXers, we were looking for rest. Major plus point, though, the Greek place downstairs had an amazing breakfast before we headed out.

Appartement confortable près du centre-ville

Appartement agréable, très bien situé, proche de la gare et du centre-ville, avec des commerces juste à côté : tout peut être fait à pied. Et, malgré l'animation de la rue, on n'entend pas le bruit grâce à un double-vitrage efficace. Il manque juste un peu de vaisselle...
