Set over three floors with a subtle french chic style the property offers space for all the family. A ground-floor bedroom with a private terrace, utility room with space for kite surfing kit or bicycles. Stairs up to the open plan lounge, diner and kitchen. Doors out onto the large balcony with outside dining & dune views.
Stairs up to a family bathroom, twin bedroom and a master suite with ensuite shower room and a small balcony with dune views.
The gardens are a shared space with a natural wild feel. The perfect beach house if looking to enjoy the stunning stretch of sand but close enough to picturesque Rye for a touch of culture.
