Spread across three floors, guests enjoy the highest level of comfort with three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, and an inviting living area. In the entrance area of the apartment, you'll find the spacious living area on the second floor: bright rooms, plenty of wood, a large sofa area, and an open-plan kitchen. Everything is functional and designed for relaxed self- catering. From the living room, you have direct access to the private garden with a covered terrace and high-quality garden furniture – ideal for relaxing after an active day. A separate toilet is also located on the 2nd floor. On the 3rd floor, there are three bedrooms, all with double beds, one with a bunk bed and TV, and one with a balcony. The large bathroom offers a shower, bathtub, and plenty of space. The toilet is separate. In the main building of the "Stubai Apartments," you have access to a private ski room with ski boot heating. There is ample parking in front of the house – free of charge and right at the entrance, without any hassle or detours. In winter, you can quickly reach the slopes; in summer, hiking trails start almost at your doorstep.
