Central Spacious apartment 3BR 2BH 5min walking to Cathedral:
This spacious apartment with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms is located on Calle San Fernando in front of the Hotel Alfonso XIII and with views of the hotel on one side and the gardens of the Reales Alcázares in Seville on the other. It is a perfect and privileged situation to get to know the city on foot.
Located in a tourist area and surrounded by the main monuments of the city. Once in the apartment you will not need transportation, you can visit all the monuments on foot such as the Cathedral, Alcázar, Plaza de España, Torre del Oro, Santa Cruz neighborhood, and Jewish quarter. Very close to the commercial area of Sierpes, Tetuán, and Plaza Nueva where the main commercial brands are found.Very well connected with the airport, train and bus station. Taxi stops and bus lines are 1 minute away. The airport bus also has a stop very close.

Perfect location to walk everywhere! Easy check in and check out and very responsive hosts. This was the perfect space for 4 adults and 2 young children providing plenty of room and easy access to all of the best sights in Sevilla!

This was the PERFECT LOCATION! Easy to get to and everything was in walking distance. The apartment was very clean with beautiful views of the cathedral and gardens.

Great location

Great location. Cute apartment with fun local art. We all enjoyed our stay. The property backs up to the garden at the Real Alcazar and we woke up to the peacocks at the Alcazar chatting in the morning.

Great Location! Comfortable Apartment!

We enjoyed our stay and found the apartment to be perfectly located with easy access to public transportation and within walking distance of all major attractions. The apartment was clean, comfortable, and well appointed for 6 adults. The view of the royal gardens with peacocks outside the windows was a real treat. We would stay here again and recommend it to anyone looking for a great place to stay.

Unit needs some love

The hosts were very responsive any time we had an issue - replaced a broken kettle right away, came by to ensure air conditioning was working, etc. The location is amazing. Very walkable. Beautiful parks. Everything we wanted to see felt like a 15 min walk away. But the apartment itself is quite dated. Rugs and couches are worn and dirty. Could def use a paint job

Great Central Location

This apartment was so conveniently located and an easy walk to many of the places of interest in the center of Sevilla. The accommodations were very nice and just as advertised. We had two problems getting in 1. reliance on internet based information (we were required to watch a video that did not help because there was limited low broadband service) and 2. while we received a code for the box with keys at the door of the flat, there was no key available for the main door to the building. We arrived as it was getting dark, it was raining and cold. I don't know how we would have gotten in if it had not been for the fact that a tennant was leaving the building and she allowed us to enter. I hope these issues can be remedied because the location is excellent.

Wonderful authentic apartment

We had a wonderful time in Seville with this conveniently located apartment. The way it was decorated made you feel like you were a local. It was across the street from the Alfonso Hotel. It was quiet (aside from the church bells ringing in the night). We didn't use the kitchen but it had all the amenities. It did not have a dryer for our clothes but they did provide a drying rack. The only complaint we had was the bed were really hard and not of good quality. We had to fold a few blankets to provide some support. But if you like a hard mattress then this is for you. All of our questions were answered almost instantly which was super helpful.

Very central and authentic Sevillian house

The apartment is very special, the rooms are very spacious and comfortable. Very central near all the monuments and very calm and quiet to rest. We will be back!
