Cozy house with large pool, WiFi, and spectacular views of Sóller

***Please note that the latest check-in time is 20:00***

Nestled in the picturesque hills above Sóller, this charming cottage is a tranquil retreat just a 15-minute drive from the town’s bustling main square. Perched on the mountainside, the property boasts breathtaking views of the verdant valley below. A quaint iron gate marks the entrance, guiding you along a path that opens up to a stunning terrace and pool area where the scenery is simply unparalleled.

Inside, the cottage features a spacious open-plan living and kitchen area, three cozy bedrooms, and two bathrooms, one of which is en suite. Outside, a covered porch with a flat-top grill invites you to savor delightful Mediterranean meals al fresco. The serene atmosphere, immaculate design, and sweeping vistas promise a truly relaxing and unforgettable holiday.

A car is essential, as there is only one access route to and from the property.

Please note, the final approach to the property is via a steep driveway, so we recommend renting a smaller vehicle. Once you arrive, all that’s left to do is unwind and soak in the peace and beauty of the countryside.

*** Important information ***

The center of Sóller is a Low Emission Zone (LEZ). Only vehicles with a ZERO emissions environmental badge are allowed to enter and park. If you arrive by car, you can conveniently park in nearby public parking areas. We will provide you with a detailed map showing the authorized access routes and parking options to reach the property.

The home is lovely and the property managers are very courteous and prompt in responding. The pool was not ready/swimmable, it was green. But the pool attendant came by twice to try to remedy the situation. The driveway/shared road was treacherous. And due to the padlock on the entry gate, if you wanted to take a taxi you had to walk up/down the steep driveway as the taxi could not get to the house. The house was clean, beds were comfortable and the views from the house are spectacular.

Thank you for your feedback. We’re so glad you enjoyed the home, found the beds comfortable, and were able to take in the spectacular views during your stay. We also appreciate your kind words about our property management team. We sincerely apologize for the issues you experienced with the pool and driveway access. Unfortunately, the pool required unexpected treatment during your stay, but we appreciate your patience while our pool attendant worked to resolve it. We also understand the steep shared driveway and gated entry may have been inconvenient, especially for taxi access, and we appreciate you bringing this to our attention. Thank you again for staying with us and for sharing your experience. Your feedback helps us continue improving for future guests.

A wonderful stay in the mountains

We had a wonderful ten days at this property. It was immaculately clean and well equipped for our young family. We enjoyed the seclusion and views across Soller. The pool was lovely! Communication with the hosts was excellent and we couldn’t ask for any better. Thank you!

Nice House with a great view

We had a wonderful holiday in the beautiful finca. The view is simply fantastic and the pool is a great way to cool down. The house doesn't lack anything, but you should know how big the car is, because the way to the house and through Soller is sometimes quite narrow.

Fantastic property high up on hills above Soller. Had a great break with family enjoying the various places to sit on the terrace at different times of day, all with spectacular views. Lovely morning swims or afternoons bobbing about in the pool level with the birds floating on thermals, barbecuing in the outdoor kitchen and watching the lights come on across the valley. Great communication from hosts, everything was clean and easy, kitchen has all that you’ll need. Would definitely book again. Points to watchYou can walk into Soller in about 20 minutes but you’ll need trainers. Taxis will drop you back up at the gate with some persuasion. The drive through Soller to get to the road up is quite intense with the new low emission one way system. Expect narrow streets, blind corners and prams and moped from all sides. Survive that and the drive up past the cemetery is easy. The off road section down to the property itself is quite challenging- you need a small to mid size car with steep gradients and two hairpins. You do get used to it. On occasion I left the car at the top and walked down but you can’t really do that with bags of ice and booze. Property does not have AC which is no issue as you are high up and there are fans. But if you suffer with heat bear that in mind.

Thank you so much for your wonderful review! We're delighted to hear you and your family had such a relaxing stay. We really appreciate you taking the time to share such detailed and helpful advice for future guests. The access and mountain roads are certainly part of the adventure, and we're glad you found it became much easier after the first few trips. As you mentioned, the elevated location usually provides a refreshing breeze, and we're pleased the fans kept things comfortable during your stay. It was a pleasure hosting you, and we'd be thrilled to welcome you and your family back for another stay in the future!

A perfect view

We had such a wonderful, relaxing time for a week here with friends. The terrace, different outdoor seating areas, summer kitchen, pool and the magnificent view acceded our expectations. The only negative was the bathroom set up with only one shower available, no one really wants a bath when it’s in excess of thirty degrees, and it wasn’t ideal having four adults sharing one shower. Otherwise complete perfection! Other

Nice break in wonderful Mallorca

Overall the property is ok, though some remarks have to be made: - the private road to get to the house is very steep and not easy to drive; It's quite a distance from the main road to the house, which means that's walking this steep road is not a given for everybody. ( not possible to walk with your luggage) - unfortunately the house, with a beautiful view, is located above the main road between Palma and Soller, which generates quite some noise from vehicles, bikes, trucks,.. - finally the (garden) furniture is a bit outdated and has already some age , I believe

Lovely secluded villa in the hills

We were blown away by the location of the villa, tucked away up the hills above Soller, with incredible views down over the town and across the port, with spectacular sunsets. The drive up to (and then down to) the villa was a little intimidating at first - the only way in by car is up a very narrow steep winding road, and then down and round an off-road path, so recommend a small car - but the hosts met us in the town and guided us up. Once there though, it’s a nice 30min walk back down the same route down to Soller town 30mins). The villa is clean, and very spacious with all the facilities we needed. The pool and outdoor area have loads of space for sunbathing, eating and relaxing in the quiet spot. The outdoor kitchen and dining area with gas bbq was perfect for some nights in. Hosts were very easy to communicate with and extremely accommodating to our needs. Overall a wonderful stay. Thank you!

Awesome (but adventurous in getting there)

The house is beautifully located above the rooftops of Sollér. In the morning briefly refreshed in the pool, then had breakfast on the terrace with a beautiful view. In the evening we could enjoy the meal from the grill on the terrace with a view of the sun setting behind the mountains. Inside we have stayed only to sleep. The way to the house is not a disadvantage, but you should know that the streets of Sollér are very narrow and the private road (about 400m) to the house is single lane and you should not lose your nerves with oncoming vehicles. Also, the rental car should not be too big. Our rental car had the size of a VW Tiguan and was just suitable for the way. All in all, we had a very nice week. Definitely a recommendation!

Beautiful Villa, lovely view

We have just come back from a week at the Villa. We had lovely time. Vivienne met us at the local petrol station and we could see why as the first visit to the Villa is a little bit scary and you wonder if you will find your way back down but it was very straightforward once you had done it once. Villa lovely and clean and my elderly parents loved it, the view were to die for. Only gave a 4* as the pool was dirty when we arrived we mentioned it straight away and were told it was due to the storm but that was 2 weeks before we arrived and would have expected it to be ready for us on arrival. It was however cleaned two day later which was great. There is a little traffic noise from the main road into Soller but we just got used to it. You cannot fault the view which changed every hour with the sun over the mountains. Kitchen had everything you could need for your stay. We did ask for an umbrella as we needed one if you are round the pool but was advised that it was broken in the storm and a new umbrella did not turn up during our 7 day stay. You can walk to Soller from the Villa takes around 35 minutes and the view is lovely, beware it is uphill on the way back but a beautiful walk nevertheless. Overall it a lovely stay but letting agency a little slow in coming back to us. Kim, Graham, Janet and Don

Gepflegte Finca in schöner Hanglage.
