Perched on the mountainside, the property boasts breathtaking views of the verdant valley below. A quaint iron gate marks the entrance, guiding you along a path that opens up to a stunning terrace and pool area where the scenery is simply unparalleled.

Inside, the cottage features a spacious open-plan living and kitchen area, three cozy bedrooms, and two bathrooms, one of which is en suite. Outside, a covered porch with a BBQ invites you to savor delightful Mediterranean meals al fresco. The serene atmosphere, immaculate design, and sweeping vistas promise a truly relaxing and unforgettable holiday.

A car is essential, there is only one access route to and from the property.

Please note, the final approach to the property is via a steep driveway, so we recommend renting a smaller vehicle. Once you arrive, all that’s left to do is unwind and soak in the peace and beauty of the countryside.

Sóller has implemented a Low Emission Zone (LEZ) in the town center. To access the area by car, a municipal authorization is required, unless the vehicle is zero-emission.
The authorization allows circulation only (for example, to unload luggage), but it does NOT permit parking in the town center.
The authorization can be requested up to a maximum of 72 hours after entering the zone.
For parking, the Town Hall has provided public parking areas on the outskirts of the municipality, located approximately 15 minutes walking distance from the center.
