This beautiful property boasts 4 king-size bedrooms, a stylish communal kitchen with large island perfect for socialising and dining, and a large, modern lounge.

Our ground floor bedroom has been adapted to be wheelchair friendly with an en-suite wet room.

All bedrooms have their own en-suite and smart TV's so all your guests have their own space.

Two of our bedrooms have a large bath to enjoy a bubbly soak.

The modern and designed interior and furnishing make for a comfortable and luxurious stay, with only a short journey into the heart of Blackpool and all it has to offer!

Loved it! Perfect for larger groups

As a group of couples visiting the area for a child free break we found the Burlington in Blackpool was exactly what we were looking for. It is finished off to a high standard, it was clean and tidy and offered plenty of space for larger groups. Close to Pleasure beach & short work to attractions or tram stop. Would not hesitate to stay again.

Excellent property with everything you might need !plenty of glasses and crockery, Very clean and lovely bedding and pillows (very important) the hosts are exceptional and can’t help you enough. Can highly recommend this property ! I’d give it 10 stars if I could.

Short break

The house is amazing and is in a nice area, generally very clean and we all had a lovely time. The only negatives are just cosmetic, toilet roll holders in at least two rooms loose but could easily be fixed, and we found long black hair in the two baths and on the floor in some rooms but generally very tidy and clean.
