Very clean & tidy cottage. The beds were really comfy as well. So quiet even at night. Park across the road was excellent for our dog. Only poor thing was rug in living room was a bit of a trip hazard, but would definitely go back as it was so central for seeing the east coast, which we did every day.

A perfect holiday!

A beautifully appointed cottage, both peaceful, and perfectly placed! Close to everything, including a lovely wooded park just across the road.. and a lovely walk to the beach! We enjoyed our stay immensely and would love to return!

Lovely, peaceful stay in CarnoustieWe had a really lovely stay here. The bungalow was very clean, comfortable and welcoming, and the beautiful log fire was a real bonus – absolutely perfect for cosy evenings, especially when the weather turned a little colder. Beautiful enclosed garden and seating area too It’s situated in a lovely quiet area, which made for a really relaxing break, while still having shops, restaurants and the beach within walking distance. The location was also a great base for exploring, with lots of beautiful places nearby to visit and some lovely coastal walks and scenery.We travelled with our dogs and really enjoyed being able to get out and explore the surrounding area. Carnoustie itself was peaceful and friendly, and we also enjoyed visiting some of the pretty towns and coastal areas nearby.Overall, a clean, cosy and comfortable place to stay in a great location. We thoroughly enjoyed our break and would happily recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful Scottish getaway.

Perfect beach stay

Lovely cottage in an excellent location. Massive children’s playground and beach just 5 mins walk down the road. Hosts easy to contact and quick to respond. Just what we were looking for as a family. X

Scotland siteseeing and golfing vacation.

This lovely home in Carnoustie was perfect for golfing and siteseeing. It was ideally located and offered all the amenities we needed. A short drive to the golf courses and walking distance to the ocean and lovely town center. Our hosts Ashley and Neil were very responsive to any questions we had. I would highly recommend this home.

Beautiful cottage

We really enjoyed our stay in Carnoustie. The cottage was well appointed and thoughtful. It was in a great location across from a park and walking distance to the stores, restaurants and beach. There was an amazing playground at Carnoustie beach. Communication with the owners was easy. We would highly recommend this property. Thank you.

Excellent

Arrived to a spotless house. Beautifully decorated with everything you could ever need from a washer, smart tv to a dishwasher. House was warm and comfortable and even had our own outdoor seating area. Parking was right at the front of the house and a lovely park right behind too. Ideal location for days out. Would definitely recommend and would return 🙂

Couldn’t figure out the shower. Door to the kitchen was stuck closed. Had to work on getting into that part of the house.

Pretty cottage in a quiet village.

Our family (2 adults and 3 grown teenagers) enjoyed this property. We only stayed for 2 nights but wished we could have stayed longer. Carnoustie is a short train ride from Dundee and on the train line leading to Stonehaven and beyond to Aberdeen. We found this to be a nice base to explore the surrounding countryside. This cottage is about a 10 minute walk from the train station. There is a beautiful park right across the street. The property easily accommodated our family of 5. It is clean and well appointed with everything one needs for a short stay like ours or a longer one. The property owners were friendly and easy to communicate with. We hope to return someday.

Kleines ruhiges Mittelhaus

Sehr angenehm, ruhige Lage und alles was man braucht war zu Fuß zu erreichen. Für Familien mit Kindern ist es ideal, da ganau gegenüber ein Park mit viel Wiese ist. Mit dem Auto ist man in wenigen Minuten auf der Landstraße/ Autobahn ohne groß durch den Ort zufahren. Das einzigste Minus ist die Objektbeschreibung, da steht das es für7 Personen ausgelegt ist. Betten waren 4 vorhanden und ein Schlafsofa. Für 4 Personen ist es ideal. Alles in allen: Danke das wir in euren Haus unseren Urlaub verbringen durften , immer wieder gern.
